Property is situated in residential area. Hence pollution & vehicles noise level is comparatively much lower which is too high in market sides. One unique complaint is that we had booked two superior deluxe rooms for 3 nights 4 days much in advance through Expedia site. But on reaching there for first day, the hotel manager allotted us one such room out of two rooms which was very small size, had no window, no furniture. Inspite of putting pressure on hotel management, nothing was done on the plea that no other room is available today. However after putting pressure next day also another deluxe room was allotted in the afternoon. So we had to bear inconveniences.

You dont get your mobile phone line. Internet connection pathethic. Even they dont transfer the line from reception to the room. Even ac is not working properly. Food is good
