Extremely good environment with fjord view. Free rowing boat with a lot of fun and great photos. Hotel owner is very gentle and helpful. Good food served both dinner and breakfast

Beautiful house at a stunning location. We stayed at the motel next to main house. The room was cramped to say the least, could barely get around the bed. Decorated in a bridal suite manner which didn't suit the area or style. Had the evening buffet as a treat, expensive even by Norwegen standards and were very disappointed in the range of the food and drinks. Wasn't worth it at all. It's a great location if planning to go to Dalsnibba/Geiranger and the lake is stunning.

Wonderful property. We stayed in one of the cabins with a kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the meals, and the staff was friendly.

Amazing location with stunning views. Great on-site amenities, some included and some for rent. Breakfast was good and the owners were very nice and let us take a rowboat out on the lake — no charge, life jackets included. We would love to come back!

The property is located on the shore of a Fjiord lake with a beautiful mountain view. The cabin room was small but clean. The breakfast in the main house was excellent.

Een echt familie hotel wat met heel veel plezier wordt gerund

Härligt gammalt hotell med magiskt vackert läge. Vi bodde i annexet, där rummen är små men sängarna supersköna och det är rent och snyggt. Personalen mycket vänlig och berättar gärna om hotellets historia och ger tips på saker att göra i närområdet. Det enda negativa var att vi fann det enda middagsalternativet lite dyrt för oss, NOK 630 pp. I övrigt en toppenvistelse och hit kommer vi gärna igen!

I loved staying here and wish i could stay longer. Everything here is exceptional - the hotel , staff and amenities. The location is amazing. I’ve just used the rowing boat that the hotel let you use and it was wonderful. You must stay here !!

Hotel storico in riva al mare in un paesino di poche decine di abitanti alle pendici di una valle "incantata". Ristorante di buon livello e ottima colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei volentieri

The owner Lorentz was the nicest person we have met so far on our trip. He made us feel at home. His wife is an amazing chef and story teller. Highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely beautiful setting. Will be back.

Wonderful location right on the fjord. Gym, sauna, rowboat, great staff and management, lots of helpful information. Clean comfortable rooms, EV charger on site. Note that it’s in Hjelle, 20 km to Stryn for restaurants and shopping.

Lentomme Bergeniin siirtyi reilut 8 h, joten varatulle majoituksellemme emme olisi ehtineet iltaan mennessä. Soitimme ko. majoituspaikkaan ja pitäjä sanoi, että hän laittaa valot päälle huoneistoon ja oven auki. Tultiin 01:30 ja päästiin yöpymään. Aamupala oli oikein jyvä. Majatalonk pitäjä ja muu henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällisiä. Geirangerin reissun jälkeen saimme järjestettyä illalla spesial päivällisen, johon muukin matjaakat osallistuivat. Normaalisti tähän vuodenaikaan ei olisi ollut päivällistä, mutta pyynnöstä järjestivät. Aivan huippua!! Suosittelen lämpimästi!!

Beautiful location, convenient to many great tourist sites if traveling by car. Hassle free parking and awesome breakfast included in price. Very efficient staff in a well run facility. Innkeeper was especially helpful and knowledgeable with suggestions regarding local activities.

Everything was perfect. Easy check in and parking right by our room. Incredible views! Breakfast was very good.
