Everything was great. Check in was a bit confusing so make sure you have phone service to open the doors.

Property was much smaller in person. They electronic door locks were slow to respond.

Location and keyless access to this property are great. The apartment has tons of potential but needs maintenance and more thought given to guest comfort. The furniture, including the mattresses on the main and sofa beds, are of poor quality (thin foam) and need replacing. The shower is tiny, water temperature control is faulty and tile needs regrouting to remove the mold. Light bulbs need replacing. A/C works great and was a welcome respite from the heat. With a refresh this apartment could be a real gem.

This place is very centrally located within walking distance to all of Florence’s main attractions. Weekend nights can be somewhat noisy. There is a bar located right next door which stays open all night. Also, be aware that it does not have an elevator and there are five flights of stairs to get to the 2nd story! Ladies, if you require lighting in the bathroom for makeup, this is not for you.

Our stay was very pleasant. Location is great right in the center of city and footsteps from Ponte Vecchio. It would be great if there was an elevator to the second floor where apartment is located. Downstairs we got cappuccino and croissant and that was super convenient. Enjoyed the extra space of an apartment. I do recommend especially if you want convenience.

Très bonne situation proche du centre et des commodités. Pas de store à l'une des chambres. Pas de miroir à la salle de bains. Les volets ne ferment pas très bien. Bruit d'eau de la chasse d'eau perturbe la nuit. Pas d'ascenseur. L'appartement est bien et spacieux, nous y avons bien dormi. Pas facile de parquer si vous venez en voiture. Si vous réserver par Hotels.com (expédia) les frais de nettoyage en sus du prix son inadmissible !

Très bel appartement en plein coeur de Florence, à quelques pas du Ponte Vecchio. Tout se fait à pied. Très bien équipé, un peu de bruit le soir car les gens font la fête dans la rue. Propriétaire très sympathique et réactive aux échanges par courriel.

Great little place. Location is awesome to city attractions.

Al llegar intentó cobrar de más de lo que indicaba en Expedia los gastos de limpieza y nos tuvo casi una hora en lo que se resolvía, solo estábamos entre enlaces ciudad ESa noche por lo que no recomendaría quedarse ahí.

Good location in historic Firenze, clean and functional flat with modern appliances.

No elevator, very old building, not too quality. Apt was remodeled and looked nice inside. Service was ok...it is not a hotel...personally I like better things, better place, would select other options next time

The apartment was in a perfect location. Close enough to walk to all major attractions. Spacious for our family of four and very clean and modern. Lovely!
