Excellent chalet.

Nice and cozy, a lot of space and very quiet

Chalet is on a steep hill. It was covered in ice and we had to call to have someone put sand on the road as we couldn’t get up the hill with our vehicle. The alarm code was not provided either. Overall it was comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Very spacious. Beds are comfortable.

Property was very nice. Properly was located on a gated community with its private lake. Very quite location, felt safe, houses were separated properly so you do t either see your neighbors or hear anyone. But the communication with the desk was very poor. First of all we had to call them many times before they sent us the access codes and instructions on how to get in. There were kayaks on the lake for the guests and owner on the lake, but the front desk couldn’t confirm it, they told me there were no lake access, which was totally False. One of the main reason we booked this place because of the lake and kayaking. Front desk was unpleasant to deal with and sometime Rude. It’s a 1-1.5 hours drive from Montreal. Grocery and restaurant was nearby, 5 minutes away. Home was new and updated. Hot Tub was a addition.
