very nice design. front desk kindly waived the early check in fee, I was able to get my room at 12pm. room was very clean and bathroom was spotless. excellent size for nyc. the view from my room (20th floor) was excellent. The staff were very kind, especially the bell man Syed. The area around the hotel is not that exciting, and has a real lack of places to eat that are open late in the surrounding blocks (only chains and one place nearby). Sidewlk is closed on the corner of Lexington Ave, so it required walking through an enclosed detour which was not ideal, being a solo female. But hotel is walking distance to shopping on 5th Ave, etc.

Everything was perfect about the property. I rated it 4 over all only because the bed was a little too soft for my liking.

The hotel was nice. The room was super clean and the rainfall shower was fantastic. The shampoo/conditioner smelled so good I actually bought some from the same brand when I got home.

This was our second time staying at Concorde and we love it. Very convenient to get to Grand Central Station to take the train to the U.S. Open (about a 10 or 15 min walk). Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Room is huge for NYC. Location is perfect, felt very safe walking around at night. Love that there’s a restaurant. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable room. Great bathroom. Very clean. Nice area with coffee and work stations on the 3rd floor. I recommend this hotel. Easy walk to Rockefeller Plaza,. st Patrick, Radio City, Moma and Central Park.

Excellent stay at the Concorde!

The Concorde is an excellent choice to enjoy mid-town Manhattan without the noise and congestion. The amenities are wonderful.

Convenient hotel in a safe area. Construction next door and noisy on our 6th floor room.

El hotel está en una zona muy buena. La habitación donde nos alojamos era bastante amplia para ser NY. Volveríamos a elegir este hotel si volvemos a NY, pero hay ciertos aspectos que podrían mejorar: el agua de la ducha se sale, las toallas podrían ser más grandes (eran tamaño pitufo) y la cama estaría bien que fuera de 1,80 y no de 1,35 (más que nada porque cabe de sobra en la habitación). No obstante, quedamos contentos con el hotel y lo recomendamos.

Most boring part of the city but a fantastic hotel.

The room was great -- very clean, the bed was so comfortable. I loved that there was full cable access on the TV. The room had a big window with natural light. The bathroom was large (for New York standards!) with both a shower and a bathtub. The location is convenient for exploring Manhattan. The lobby had an intense perfume scent which was off-putting. The hallway to my hotel room smelled like old cigarettes. The doors slammed loudly, which vibrated my door and required earplugs. These were relatively minor though, and overall the stay met my expectations!

Great boutique hotel close to everything but not in the crowded mess of mid-town. Walk to everything!

2nd time staying here for a quick NYC getaway. Great location and very clean and modern hotel room. The only downsides were poor sound proofing for the room door so hallway noises were easily heard and a leaky shower door.

Spacious rooms, great little Tapas bar downstairs, close to all the happenings but on a nice, quiet street.
