The apartment is new, spacious and super clean. Two of the bedrooms and the balcony are facing the endless coastline of Kirra Beach. The beach has children’s playground and jogging tracks. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. So there is no need to worry about breakfast and dinner. The room service clean up daily and make up of beds was done in one of our 3 night stay. However, they forgot to replenish our laundry powder in one of the day. We cannot get back the laundry powder at night because the check-in counter operates from 9am-5pm. Therefore visitors are advised to bring their own laundry powder. Overall the apartment is excellent.

Had a low level sea view apartment, great view, very clean, lovely staff and excellent location. A lot of different dinner options literally 30 second walk, 7/11 one minute walk. Beach access directly across road. Was there in winter, so wish the pool was heated, but nevermind. I'll definitely be booking here again. Clean area that felt very safe.

Great place. Only thing that was a bit strange was the vanity was really short only up to my hip

Fabulous location

I think this has been the best place I have stayed at Coolangatta The Iconic was a very modern apartment we got a room with an ocean view, the views were amazing it was so beautiful, the apartment had a very very comfy bed and a smart TV that was big, the towls were provided and all of the kitchen utensils and all that, the dryer and washing machine was good too, other than that my only concern is the air con was only on the main room but not in the bedroom but really it didn't ruin the experience so it doesn't bother me. You also get complimentery coffee capsules so that's a plus too. Not to mention the pool was nice too pretty warm too, next to the pool there was a BBQ area too it was very nice. 5/5 I will definitely come back here again soon.

Agree with all the other reviews. Best TV setup I've had in a hotel ever.

Location was great, and room facilities as described. Our room didn't have a phone, so contacting '9' for assistance was not possible.

Excellent property with very helpful staff. Nicely equipped apartment walking distance to beach and restaurants. Pool was nice but not heated. Lovely promenade for walking.

Nice property but living area is a bit small for a 3bedroom apartment and the bathrooms are terrible design. Water comes out of the shower, the basin is made for a child height. More bath mats are needed. Also fly screens on windows & doors as you cannot leave the windows or doors open for fresh air as soon as it gets to late afternoon as the mozzies are everywhere and come inside.

Everything was great except the 2nd floor smelt pretty bad like the carpet had got wet and wasn’t replaced

Beautiful modern, clean and tidy apartment with comfortable beds and spacious living area. Used the onsite pool daily. Right on the beach front with plenty of dinning and shopping within walking distance.

Clean modern apartment accommodation with easy access to Coolangatta and Kirra Beach area.

Clean facility with great proximity to beach and outstanding dining options

The property was very secure, the apartment immacular restocked with essentioal equipment and cutlery. The only thing to mention that there's no salt or pepper and hand towels, so bring your own. Also, carr parking spaces are very small, so if your car is on bigger side, be extra careful not to scratch a car next to you or a pole. However, these are just small things I wish I knew in advance. Other than that everything was prestine.

The room was exceptional Very clean and the bedding was super comfy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is in close proximity. Restaurants exceptional menu for all ages. Would recommend this resort to all ages.
