The apartment is new, spacious and super clean. Two of the bedrooms and the balcony are facing the endless coastline of Kirra Beach. The beach has children’s playground and jogging tracks. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. So there is no need to worry about breakfast and dinner. The room service clean up daily and make up of beds was done in one of our 3 night stay. However, they forgot to replenish our laundry powder in one of the day. We cannot get back the laundry powder at night because the check-in counter operates from 9am-5pm. Therefore visitors are advised to bring their own laundry powder. Overall the apartment is excellent.

Very close to all the delights of Kirra. Comfy and spacious 1 bed accommodation, although bathroom small be quite adequate for our needs. Staff were excellent.

Highly recommend staying here. Apartments are clean and well equipped. In the middle of some great eating place's and nice places to have a cocktail. A 5 minute walk to the beach with lifeguards on duty 8-5. Excellent all round

Room 604 Positives Location is excellent Room was clean Some staff where excellent but not all I especially like to mention the lady named Dale I hope I got her name correct her willingness to help was exceptional Negatives Badly designed Building and Rooms, no rooms with the afternoon sun, exceptionally small bathrooms good luck squeezing into the toilet if you are even a little overweight. Very thick doona for the climate. Cheaply decorated with KMart quality items not even a water jug or a second hair dryer on a two Bedroom two bath apartment. Iron was dirty and unsuitable, washing machine filter was full of lint and so was the Dryer, the couch smelled and upon sitting on it we became itchy thus spend ten days sitting on kitchen chairs, bedding and pillows should be replaced. It’s a fifteen level building we booked two bedrooms high floor and were given level six since when is level six is a high floor. Much better option across the road at XKirra run by the same group
