My family and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful, the apartment accommodated our family very well, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable rest. I highly recommend it. --- Meine Familie und ich hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns und bot alles, was wir für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt brauchten. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen.

Great room. Close to the shops and restaurants

We were only at this property for one night, but I was very impressed with the accommodations. You couldn't ask for a better location in Salzburg. All the points of interest are mostly right outside of the hotel. I'm not familiar with this particular chain of hotels. I found it a little odd, though, that guests are given a, sort of, housekeeping list. It's mostly to clean up after yourself and take your trash to the basement receptacles. Not a big deal. I try not to make a mess anyway. Just thought it was a bit odd. Having said that, don't hesitate to book this hotel. It's very nice and clean. The staff are super friendly and the location is outstanding!

Perfect location Boutique Hotel.

This is one of the most comfortable hotels that I have stayed in. It was very quiet and relaxing. There are several well-stocked grocery stores for items you may need. I don't remember seeing it advertised, but there is a washer and dryer available on premises.

During our two week Europe, this was our favorite hotel. It’s perfectly located in town, has a terrific kitchen that allowed us to cook dinner and breakfast. The honor store had the things we needed. The staff are excellent, and it was great being able to do some laundry.

Clean room, well supplied kitchen, quiet. Great location. The front desk was very helpful and the honesty bar was very good to have. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location if you want quick walking access to everything in the old town. Staff friendly and helpful. Not staffed 24hrs but easily reachable by phone and responsive. Clean and modern. Would stay here again

A lovely stay in Salzburg in the Hapimag Resort. One thing I need to clarify: this is NOT a hotel. It is more of a short-term residence. Every room has a kitchenette and breakfast is not included or indeed on offer. There is no restaurant or bar or even a lobby. A very small reception area serves as a small marketplace for purchasing essentials. That said, it is in the heart of the Altstadt and the location is unbeatable. If we had not stayed in the Altstadt it would have limited our ability to explore old Salzburg as much as we did. The property itself is in a charming old building but the rooms are tastefully renovated and refurbished. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in and explore Salzburg.

Great location! Large room and cute kitchenette. Would have liked complimentary coffee and more pillows as they were very flat. Was also a bit warm as we did not have ac.

Probably the best property I’ve ever been to. We will specifically plan on returning to Salzburg again specifically to stay here once again. The young lady who checked us in was lovely, kind, and thoughtful. The hotel is in a perfect location.

The stay exceeded our expectations. If you are willing to abide by the eco/euro expectations of recycling and cleaning it’s a great place. The location and size were awesome for our family of four. Bread service, nespresso and the honesty shop were helpful making it feel more like a home.

The room was nice and clean, but shower room seal wasn't fixed, so water is coming out even close the shower door. Overall stay was good in old town.
