hotel a bit old style, a high stairs to climb with three heavy luggage is a big job, hotel boss very nice and good smiles, and good breakfast, in general an average guest house

£100 in Brighton on a Saturday night I wasn’t expecting loads but was very impressed. Good size room. Modern bathroom. And I was even able to early check in at 11.55am so very pleased. Was no deposit and some of the details need updating regarding contacting before check in etc, overall would defo stay again.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was a good size for a single room. However anyone who has issues with stairs may not be suitable. Bed was comfortable and light switch above the bed, which is always useful! I would stay again

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel was very clean and tidy couldn’t fault that. The location was excellent just off the front /West beach. We didn’t have breakfast only because it was a little early for us. The only fault would be 4 coat hangers between 2 people! Other than that it was great 😊

This was a pleasant enough B&B. The breakfast is only served between 8:30 and 9:30, which is little use for those in Brighton for business. Rooms are clean.

Many places need proper refurbishment and deep cleaning but still over priced. You do not get what you pay for.

It's location to the beach and amenities. Was in walking distance of everything.

Klassisk engelsk frukost i form av ägg, bacon, råraka etc. Väldigt låg nivå på mat. Valde att äta frukost/ brunch på närliggande restaurang istället. Rummen var små och ganska slitna. Heltäckningsmattan var "bubblig" och ojämt golv under. Låset till duschkabinsdörren trasigt och det läcker ut vatten på badrumsgolvet. Handukarna byttes inte ut en enda gång under vår vistelse. Sängarna är väl, bortsett från läget en av de få positiva erfarenheterna.

Very clean and great service from the friendly staff. Room was small but had everything I needed. It was quite warm (though in the heat of summer), but the window could be opened to air it. Bed was comfy and en suite clean and tidy. The walls seemed quite thin, so doors being slammed by other guests woke me several times (as did the seagulls!). All in all a lovely, clean and friendly guest house. Would stay again. Great value given the price, and only a short walk to city centre.

Top war natürlich das der Strand fast am Hotel liegt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen,es war sehr persönlich und nett,das Haus hatte einen netten englischen charm alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.
