Zimmer sind sehr dreckig, Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt. Die Mitarbeiter in der Lobby hört man die ganze Zeit reden. Personal unfreundlich

Odalar ses gecirgen malzemeden yapilmis. koridorlarda sesi emecek hicbir malzeme kullanilmamis. oda kapilari sesi izole edilecek sekilde yapilmamis. kahvalti ve yemek kalitesi ve servisi iyi idi.

Haven’t had a chance to wander around, so 3* is a standard default mark. Also, the room didn’t seem to be the one we booked, perhaps they just gave us the least favorite room in whole building. Bed is very small, badly enough place for two people. Some shady characters in the foyer in the night.

Sadece bir gece konakladık. Odaya girdiğimizde geniş bir alan olması, temiz olması bizi çok memnun etti. Hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Temizlik de iyiydi. Bir daha bu yöreye gelirsem, kesinlikle bu otelde konaklamayı tercih ederim.

Supper ausser die Dame an der Rezeption . Nicht freundlich, nicht hilfsbereit, kein Interesse..... uns weiter. Ab dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Excellent reception greeting, nice rooms. We would have preferred a licensed premises but not usual for this area anyway.

Hotel situé entre Trabzon et Rize ce qui facilite la visite des 2 villes.

I hoped to gave them 5 stars but they disappointed me I have been in uzungol for a full day trip when I returned to my room I found it same as I left it I talked to the staff they said "sorry" I told them sorry is not enough...the problem wasn't solved and they didn't cleaning anything

Gayet güzel bir oteldi kiraladığımız oda tadilatta olduğu için daha büyük oda verdiler gerçekten çok memnun kaldık.

not good because they didn’t clean the room until 8 pm and i put the sign from 9 am also room no 115 very noisy from the hall reception every body talk in hall the voice in room

Far away from Trabzon Center, but spacious & great view. You have market, café, & 2 restaurants in the same building. Great place for long stays
