Staff spoke well English and very friendly. I spent days on researching Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuang, Glass Bridge, Grand Canyon, Huanglong Cave, and Tianmen Mt. I had total of six days to knock all those out and the staff helped me with my itinerary and gave amazing suggestions on route. I just wish the room can be warmer during the Winter where temperature was average 40F

Overall is ok, hotel is old building no lift, feel very tired!

Room was clean and spacious, friendly staff. only thing was there's urine smell so we kept the bathroom vent on where we are in the room

Excellent accueil et de bons conseils : la réceptionniste nous a même accompagnés au restaurant qu'elle nous conseillait pour le dîner nous voyant un peu perdus ! et ce n'était pas un attrape touristes ! La chambre était spacieuse et très bien équipée, une belle expérience.

武陵源のコースを英語で地図を使って丁寧に教えてもらえてとても助かった。所要時間も教えてもらえたので、見たいところを全て回れた。チケットも手配してもらえたため、チケット売り場に並ばずに済み、混む前に見て回ることができて助かった。
