NOT to be confused with the excellent Poonsiri resort. It is linked to the resort and they advertise their connection to it, so we had the impression (we felt we were deliberately given that impression) that it would be the same standard. You even have to check in at the resort. Where you can use their excellant facilties. However thats where the similarities end its 10 - 15 minute shuttle ride away! The area its located is grim and run down. Also you are isolated and not all tuk tuk drivers know where it is. It should be nice, its big, pool is road side, no privacy! The cleaniless was not good at all. Bad points: No information pack it is desperately needed! No way of contacting resort unless you use your mobile. Ants infestation in kitchen Rat droppings in outside front garden and upper level bedroom baconies. No air con downstairs living area Our master bedroom tap didn’t work and the maintenance guys refused to fix it. One bedroom we were locked out so called maintenance who fixed it. Clearly a recurring problem as fhe handle had hammer marks on it. No outside table and chairs (apart from two plastic loungers) No outside furniture on huge upper level balcony! Photos on Hotels.com were not of the villa we stayed in . It wouldn’t be hard to break in to this property, locks on front door and windows poor. Area it was in did not feel friendly. Local Burger place had sign saying. No alcohol, no smoking and no dogs! Enough said!
