We arrived around a bit before 2.00pm and we were tired from traveling. We hadn't noticed that check-in was 3.00pm, which is a bit unusual. However once we were settled in to the room it was clean (apart from a lot of cockroaches), spacious and located within a short walk to SM mall which was very helpful. The room lacked some basics like toilet paper and soap etc. And a can of cockroach spray would have been a helpful bonus. All in all, the room was good value and well located so we would consider booking again.

This hotel has a good location but the service 👎 no parking space, cr is so untidy and the towels are so 🤮...

Nhân viên lười biếng, phòng và wc không sạch, Khách sạn không có wifi. Tivi không sử dụng được. Hoàn toàn không hài lòng!!!

There lots of cockroaches and no parking area. We rented a car and we have to park it outside the premises. When we return the vehicle, we paid additional charges because they saw scratches on the driver side. The aircon isn’t that cold.
