I recently stayed at Hotel Fauchon and was appalled by the service and conditions, which were nowhere near 5-star standards. Here’s why: 1. **Rude Front Desk Staff**: We were forced to wait **over 2 hours** to check in, with no apology. The woman assisting us was dismissive and unprofessional. 2. **Filthy & Neglected Rooms**: No housekeeping service on the second day. When we requested cleaning, we waited **another 2 hours**—nothing was done. 3. **False Advertising**: This hotel claims luxury but delivers **3-star service at best**. Dirty floors, poor maintenance, and zero accountability. As someone who has stayed in **over 100 hotels worldwide**, this was by far the **worst experience I’ve ever had**. Avoid unless you enjoy wasted time, frustration, and subpar conditions.

Ótima localização, excelente equipe, atenciosos e prestativos. Ótimos quartos, café da manhã a lá carte razoável, pode melhorar. Amenities de trigo bar ótimos, porém de banho pode melhorar. No mais um opção muito boa de hospedagem de conforto em Paris.

Equipe da recepção muito atenciosa, prestativa e eficiente. Hotel reúne em si todos os confortos de um hotel acolhedor e objetivo. Quartos ótimos, amenties dos banheiros satisfatórios (pode melhorar) amenities do quarto excelentes, com produtos da própria Fauchon, café da manhã muito bom, mediante serviço a lá carte. No geral uma excelente opção de hospedagem em Paris, em um hotel cinco estrelas objetivo.

Great stay at Fauchon. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Too much expensive stay compared to room size, breakfast is too limited and employee very slow and not convient for business purposes. The food of room service is not what expected for international guests. The menue should be more choices.

Há melhorias necessárias: mal cheiro nos pisos térreo e subsolo. Reforma no edifício ao lado, sem qualquer medida para atenuar impacto nos hóspedes. Alguns valores cobrados não são claros.

Hospitality provided by staff was excellent. The room was spacious and bath room was superb.

Love this hotel! The staff is so kind and welcoming, especially Marion. Always feeling at home when I stay there.
