Unfortunately I would not recommend this accommodation as check in and organization of our room was very poor. Toilet seat was broken in the first room assigned to us. It was not the room we booked and had to switch rooms the next day.

The apartments are centrally located to so many things! The tram runs right past the front of the building too. The only drawback for us was the number of stairs as my elderly mother traveled with us and we had to carry her luggage up.

Окна выходиди на улицу - приятный вид. В номере все ок, чайник есть, кухня. Их минусов только то что подниматься по лестнице ( ну это старый дом) и неудобная подушка - высокая. Кондиционер работал отлично! Разрешили высадиться позже времени. Фен нужно заранее попросить, иначе в номере его нет.

Smaller than expected, despite a studio. For families with children chair that transforms into a bed could be improved.

Pillowcases not clean properly , The place is nice , safe and comfortable. Communication about Doors Codes wtc . I do recommend for anyone .

I stayed a full 15 days here, partly working and vacationing. Everything went well, except for a few hours in which the property ran out of Internet, but Izak was super helpful and even got me a temporary hotspot to work with. He was very quick to respond and overall a very good host. I'll definitely stay here again.

The picture is not accurate to the room. At least the room we stayed in. But it is a very great spot nonetheless! It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and was in a great spot.

Izak was great. Easy to communicate with, easy stay. Well run, well organized. Competent manager. Renovated property, super comfortable, nice bathroom, a a cute little kitchen to come with.

Great property, great location, comfortable, affordable clean, and well stocked. The only thing I could have wanted was a bit more hot water for the shower, since it was usually gone in about 30 seconds.

This apartment was comfortable, but I am getting sick of properties saying that they have fitness facilities (or airport transfers) when they don’t. After arriving and inquiring about the facilities, I was told that they thought there was a gym in the building next door, but that one would need to pay. I went over there and could find nothing. This is misrepresentation and needs to stop.

The apartment itself was lovely however the surrounding area was quite out of the way and I probably wouldn’t recommend to stay here if you were travelling alone.

Room is clean, but hot water supply is limited - the water becomes cold quickly when bathing half-way. Other facilities such as fridge and kitchen stove are available. Location is fair, with around 15 minutes walk from the central station and the city center. There is extra charge (8 euro cleaning fee and 1 euro city tax per person per night) not included in the fare and need to be paid on site.

Very clean, convenient and well located apartment. Customer service was efficient and quick. They accomodated our request very easily and politely. Comfortable sofa bed in the room. Would go back any time!

All the basic necessities in room. Very clean. Very good location, only complaint was there was no plastic anti slip shower mat to prevent falls. Thank you

Basic. Good for a night layover. A bit of a walk to the center. The building needs some updating. The room is ok. It’s good for the price I paid.

wifi signal not good. suggest host to provide kettle. ground floor is too dark and my friend kick to one meter long’s iron block lay on the center of ground floor, which induced her whole body fallen down to floor.

Not far from the main square (10 minute walk) and pretty good set up for a studio. Complaints: the bed was super hard/uncomfortable and the shower went cold shortly after turning it on.

Good location within walking distance from the bus station, restaurants and cafes Clean, modern, spacious apartment. Can recommend.

Good location,within walking distance from bus station, restaurants, city centre. Newly renovated, clean studio apt. If anything can be at fault the intermittent WiFi.
