Ok, issues with AC 2-nights in a row…

Breakfast was a little disappointing, there were only 2 people eating, and the staff wasn't interested in replenishing the food, but the hotel itself is lovely, clean, warm, very good location

I wouldn’t of said it was 4*, they ran out of towels half way through the holiday and didn’t apologise just went back on her phone call, and we had to use hand towels to dry after the shower, we paid extra for a city view and didn’t receive it, the shower itself was beautiful, walking distance of things is minimum 30 minutes but Uber was accessible and cheap! It was disappointing as it was a birthday weekend away and the hotel didn’t live up to expectations

Was a lovely place but they have to fix the AC , because I couldn’t sleep was to hot , unbreathable .

A great nights sleep at this very modern, newly renovated property. The rooms are a good size, and well setup. The ac works great, hot showers, clean room, and a confortable bed. 24/7 check in counter was very helpful becuase many that i found closes the check in counter at midnight which is challeneging for late flight arrivals. I took the 100 bus from airprot directly to the property.

The staff was amazing from the moment I arrived at night. The front desk receptionists are very attentive. My room was clean and comfortable. Even the housekeepers despite the language barrier went out of their way to be of assistance.

Nice and clean

Have booked a room but needed to change the date, and after calling and emailing several times the only response is they can't do it and they don't know who can so now I'm having to look and pay for another hotel at the end of this month.

We decided to not use our reservation. Instead we asked if we could put a Ukrainian mother and her 5 year old child in the room? The hotel agreed and we’re extremely cooperative. The front desk staff was very friendly and their English was great.
