good location if you are able to get around easily. however i was with my mom and the area is a little tricky if you have any mobility limitations - for example, you have to walk up and down some inclines (with luggage) to get to the pic up locatioin if you are taking an uber. the noise from the street was expected based on prior reviews. No air conditioning. There were ants throughout the apartment.

Apartamento fantástico, perfectamente situado en pleno Bairro Alto, con muy buenas calidades y muy limpio y cómodo. Pero cuidado, si te quedas sólo una noche el precio es excesivo debido a la elevada tarifa de limpieza que cobran (revisen la letra pequeña antes de reservar para no tener sorpresas inesperadas).

Good interior design! But it gets noisy on weekend and Friday night because there are many restaurants and bar. Other times was very quiet. Close to grocery and public transportation.

un bel appartement dans un quartier animé. une déco sympas. nous pensons que pendant le printemps et l'été la rue où se situe l'appartement doit être assez bruyante (bar et restos dans la rue)
