We really enjoyed our hotel stay here and would definitely come back again. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. We enjoyed using the pool, and spas. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. We LOVED our experience!

Loved our stay here and will book again if we’re coming back to Les Houches. It’s in walking distance to the slopes, has ample parking and we loved the access to the pool and spa. We enjoyed the Jazz band while we were there, they were amazing. The boot room was so useful, heated so everything was dry and warm each morning. We also used Cyprian Sports next door; the best ski shop I’ve ever used, friendly staff and a huge ranges of equipment. One wish was that there was more on at the hotel like the Jazz night, but for more to do there is the small town of Les Houches or Chamonix with ample entertainment every night.

The pool, spa and gym are good. Friendly staff, but room next to the road are noisy.

Tout d’abord, très charmante accueil. Chalet idéalement situé, Aux Houches, non loin de tout et très bien desservi. On peut très vite être séduit, quitter difficilement les lieux voire avoir envie de s’y installer. Pour avoir longuement comparé puis vécu l’expérience (Noël en montagne), je ne sais s’il y a une direction plus « accroche-cœur » à travers les Alpes.

It’s one of the best properties we’ve been to. Absolutely fantastic property, location, facilities and staff. Spa and pool is excellent for family to use after a busy day.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen, Spa und Pool waren für uns vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter eine sehr nette Abwechselung. Die Küche ist voll ausgerüstet, die Türen sind schallsicher. Die Anlage ist sehr nah an Les Houches Skiregion, zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus direkt vor dem Eingang. Chamonix Skiregionen sind auch mit dem Bus oder Auto (15 min.) erreichbar.

I wish all Residence Apartments were like this. Completely different level and staff are all super helpful !

Modern appartments, very-well equipped kitchen, best ski room, superb pool and spa, good-sized gym, easy parking.

The facilities in the chalet and equipments in the apartment are good enough, special mention to the kitchen. The front desk service can be further improved in terms of communication and response time to request of repair work. All bedsheets should be provided before check-in, as the number of guests have already been given to the chalet upon booking. Another thing to mention is some guests were making consistent noises at night. As the front desk closed after 7pm, we had to bear the noises for two nights.

Brilliant, modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Spent a week here for a summer holiday as a family of 3 and was the perfect base for exploring the area. Already pricing to return skiing.

Rigtigt flot hotel med gode faciliteter - men hvis i leder efter det fredfyldte sted i bjergene er dette ikke stedet. Vi fik en lejlighed øverst oppe og ud mod en meget trafikeret vej. Da hotellet har metaltag og Inger aircondition blev lejligheden ulidelig varm og eneste mulighed var at sove med åbne vinduer. Pga larmen fra vejen var det meget svært at få ordentlig søvn
