It’s the best place to stay on a regular basis which I do for work every week

Easy to deal with, very helpful.

Clean, easy access to Gatwick, big room

Carpets were in need of replacing and didn’t fit up to the edge. Half the lights didn’t work and lights by the bed loose. Shelves next to the bed were broken and held on by metal brackets that made them slope so nothing could be put on them. The bed was broken with feet missing on the bottom so wasn’t even. The pillows were useless and went flat as soon as you put your head on them. The shower only just got warm. In whole the hotel has the potential of being a nice place but seems a reluctance to invest in doing this. Wasn’t a nice stay or sleep and wouldn’t recommend.

Ideal location for Gatwick Airport. Parking facilities at an extra cost. Friendly and helpful staff . Would stay again

Parking great Check-in great Rooms are tired but clean Cook was late turning up for a cooked breakfast, so I only had time for cereal and toast. Nobody around at checkout

Ideal location for early flight from Gatwick. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed in spacious room. Clean room and bathroom. Lovely toiletries provided. Highly recommend

A cheaper stay than most although not by much. I'm just used to rhis location. Reception staff are helpful and try to please. Breakfast is actually really nice

Fine for a night before your flight. Well equipped but it’s basic budget inside.

Microwaves no longer in Single rooms. Although the staff did heat my food up in Kitchen on my behalf.

It’s the perfect place to stay for me. Convenient, clean, tidy and very affordable

Amazing staff, really lovely helpful and welcoming. Great hotel, clean room, big bathroom considering its only got a shower, quiet, out of the way and the chef is really looks after you

The room was fine, a little tired. It amused me there was no kettle in the room :)

The bed was very hard. And the room was dirty. And the breakfast was very bad.

Staff were courteous, room was clean and comfortable
