Employees services are good. Room facilities is average. There is no air-con heater is not function in the room

Room was super clean. I loved the pillow menu and all the cute details in this quirky room. The towel warmer didn't work in my room, which was a bit of a bummer. The front desk offered to put me in a different room, but I'd already unpacked by then. The staff was friendly. The woman at reception who helped me check in gave me a great history lesson about the hotel. Breakfast was really good, and good value for money since I pre-booked it. The restaurant and bar: I did not end up going because I looked at the prices beforehand. Very, very expensive. I went to Gundel restaurant and got better prices on a 5 star meal at one of Hungary's most famous restaurants.

Everything about this hotel was pure class.

Spa Wellness Bereich

We went in off-season so the hotel was probably less than half-full. Really serviceminded and helpfull staff. Everything was superclean and nice both in room and common-areas. The room itself was really nice with a complete modern-old-retro-style. Bathroom/shower was really nice and not that strange even though it had "curtains" instead of a door to it. A bit strange to have a toilet in a separate room without a sink, but not really a problem. The spa-area was much smaller than expected and the information of where it was and how to use the facilities should probably be explained to guests. The gym was quite small and with 4-5 people it felt crowded. Massage was really nice. Breakfast was really amazing in an amazing room. Same was also the drinks in the evening. The dinner was "ok", but I guess the amount of guests (or lack of) was contributing to this for the kitchen.

Allt var mycket bra. Fantastisk atmosfär, bra frukost, trevlig och vänlig personal, renlighet, och fantastisk spa-avdelning och nära till tågstation och city.

The stay was great; the suite was very nice. The location of the hotel is far from the activities, but public transportation is nearby, and taxis are efficient. The only bad experience for me was at the restaurant, dinner was not tasty, and not well organized.

Amazing and incredibly attentive staff. Rooms were awkward and a/c/heating made them very uncomfortable. Having the deluxe rooms was a bit of a punishment as well: bathroom on garden floor and bedroom up a staircase with no railing. Would not return to this hotel

The room was not individual air conditioning. Was an overall temperature so totally different to what’s advertised. Staff moved us room however got moved to a small room
