Sudah membayar sesuai permintaan aplikasi, 2 adult & 1 child, namun saat di hotel di minta biaya tambahan sebesar 6000 Yen, karena batas child nya mereka 6 years old, dan putra kami di atas 6 tahun. Karena sudah larut malam terpaksa kami bayar.

Dear manager my room 808 was very dirty and bad smelly also when I opened the futon duvet cover inside the bed I found so many long hair and dirty spot, that I had been cleaning myself until midnight and I cannot sleep until morning because of many long hair and bad smell. Totally very disappointing not my expectation for renew apa hotel and housekeeping did not cleaned . because I had serious skin allergy and ashma my skin became red for whole body. please can I had been conversation with the front manager Otasan to canceled my stay yesterday to give me compensation solution of this very bad dirty room. and I will never stay again and no recommend thank you

ห้องน่ารักดีค่ะ ถ้านอนคนเดียวคิดว่ากว้างกว่าทุกสาขาของApa ไม่ไกลจากสถานีJRมาก แต่โดยรอบๆหน้าสถานีโรงแรมเยอะมาก ถือว่าไกลกว่าโรงแรมอื่นนิดนึง ห่างจากแทรมประมาณ200เมตร ตัวโรงแรมสวยดีค่ะ หรูหราดี

Hotelnya bersih, nyaman, cuma resepsionisnya masih agak kurang ramah menurut saya. Untuk lokasi baik dekat dengan morning market dan stasiun JR hakodate tinggal jalan kaki sebentar.

Apa hotel dekat dengan hokedate morning market, dekat dengan stasiun kereta, sangat strategis, kamar bersih, service memuaskan. Sangat direkomendasikan.

Saya sangat merekomendasikan untuk menginap di hotel ini, hanya 5 menit jalan kaki ke stasiun hakodate. Kamar dan fasilitasnya cukup bagus dan bisa berendam di bathtub. Mandi air hangat selalu tersedia stafnya ramah.

The location is near train station (hakodate station) can reach by walking, the room is clean
