Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear.

The location was excellent. Central to restaurants, sites and a 10 min walk with luggage to the train station. It was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel, good central location, good breakfast and friendly staff. All good so far. However we were in Room 104 and unfortunately the hotel has a very noisy washing machine in the room above and a member of staff was running it at 10:30 pm and 7:30am.

Everything was fantastic

Friendliest staff ever, very helpful and attentive to my needs. Room clean and comfortable. The only drawback for my room was that it was overlooking the narrow atrium, thus no possibility to open the curtains.

Nice remodeled property in a great location to walk to many major points of interests like the markets, Cuatro Ponti area, etc.

So many positives about this hotel. Cleanliness, location and friendliness of staff Downside was the noise from nearby bar. We were in the first fooor in a room with windows facing towards the bar and the noise into the early hours of the morning was an issue. Ask for a room away from this area if possible

A moderate hotel. The reception guy who checked us in was not so welcoming. Our room was very spacious but sometimes smelled like a crogged pipe. The location was convenient.

The hotel is well-located for walking in the city. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very helpful. The train station is easily within walking distance, but the hotel is in a fairly quiet area. This hotel is a great base for seeing Palermo and the surrounding area.

A lovely place to stay in Palermo!

It was amazing.

Front desk was very helpful suggesting nice restaurants and check in was smooth. The neighborhood had plenty of shopping and nice restaurants. It was approximately a ten minute walk to the train station. I would stay here again.

Puhdas, siisti ja tyylikäs hotelli keskustassa hyvien yhteyksien päässä kaikesta. Hyvä aamupala hedelmineen, jälkiruokineen, munakkaineen ja pekoneineen, löytyi jopa tuorekurkkua ja tomaattia mutta muita vihanneksia ei. Hiljainen. Ilmastointi toimi tietyllä viileydellä mutta säätämisestä huolimatta asteita ei saanut esim. 18:sta, ulkona oli +40. Tyyny oli aivan liian korkea, mikä heikensi nukkumakokemusta. Lämmintä vettä riitti hyvin suihkussa. Ystävällinen palvelu.
