If you plan to enjoy your stay, find another place. If you only need a place to sleep, then okay. No hairdryers, which is a basic amenity. Pressure low water pressure. Leaking kettle and water hose. Took them 3 days to respond to the complaints. Staff is friendly tho, but slow in responding to complaints. Swimming pool not accessible after 7 pm, which is sad. Bedding is not exactly clean, but it is fine. Doesn't provide floor mat.

Proses check in cepat. Parking ada kat luar rumah. Dekat dengan restoren, duty free, pantai cenang, dan laundry. Overall okay cuma pihak hotel perlu pastikan kebersihan bawah katil. Penuh sampah dan habuk

Hotel bersih.. Servis baik... Sy menginap 4h 3m.. Puas hati.. Bila kita klua, tiap hr ade housekeeping... Cuma dalam bilik ade nyamuk😅😅.. Tp overall besttt... Nak g makan pun senang.. Ade dobi lagi🤗

Bilik besar & selesa, kebersihan agak memuaskan. Overall okay.

This one room was quite small,water very slow and tv channel not working.

Bilik yang sangat selesa, luas dan kawasan yang dekat dengan tempat membeli belah, kawasan pantai & tempat makan.

Bilik yang luas, suasana yang tenang, namun, tandas yang agak kurang memuaskan dari segi paip yang rosak dan air shower yang perlahan. Overall 4 star.

Family room is spacious. 5 mins walk to the beach. Swimming pool is an advantage. Near to duty free mall.

Pool is good to go, free refill water, breakfast satisfying, just need some upgrade on the rooms.
