Dis not have breakfast. Shops and restaurants easy to find. Train station close. Hotel old. Bathtub has permanent ring. Dental floss near toilet. Towel had stains

The room was very clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Der Komfort des Zimmers war gut. Wir hatten zu dritt ausreichend Platz. Die Betten waren auch gut. Leider fand ich die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Badezimmer immer belastend nach dem Duschen, da man nicht lüften darf(Feuermelder). Ansonsten das Frühstück war ausreichend. Und das Personal war stets freundlich !

La Chambre était propre à part les vitres des fenêtres qui étaient sales. La salle de bain a besoin de travaux de plus il manquait la douchette. Le personnel était sympathique, serviable, accueillant et souriant. Le petit déjeuner buffet était d’une bonne qualité et varié. C’est pratique il est proche de la gare St Pancras.

Terrible, booked cis expedia, they said they dont have the funds, took around an hour to get it sorted. Then got woken up 4 or even 5 times by fire alarm, then a person just entered our room, it was a maintenence guy. My wife and i were half naked, the radiator squeaked and woke my wife. It was horrid. Sorry but never again

J AI LA FACTURE COMME PREUVE MERCI DE ME CONTACTER. SINON TOUT ETAIT TRES BIEN. J AI PAYE 100 POUNDS DONC JE COMPREND BIEN QUE VOUS GARDIEZ UNE COMMISSION POUR LES FRAIS DE RESERVATION MERCI.

Bloqué à Paris le 30/11 à cause de l'eurostar impossible de joindre l'hôtel par téléphone pour obtenir des informations en cas d'arrivée tardive ou reportée. Nous avons finalement du abandonné notre séjour faute d'avoir la confirmation que nous serions bien accueilli à temps. Des vacances gâchées...

Bathroom fan is permanently on and too noisy to allow any sleep. Also extremely stingy with amenities. Not enough towels for 2 people. No facial tissue or conditioner. Barely any toilet paper. Super overpriced.

Easy location for Euston. A little expensive for the quality of the hotel
