地點非常方便，離熱鬧的梅田區走路3分鐘。房間有大陽台可走出戶外外坐在陽台聊天很舒服.早餐非常精緻很棒健康一定要加購，我們是入住的時候在飯店加購、兩人9000日幣.建議直接在訂房的時候就加購比較划算。

地理位置很好，在梅田商圈，出门逛街很方便，乘地铁去usj也很近，房间有阳台，有好看的view，每天晚上还可以在吧台喝喝酒或饮品，很棒

設計很特別的酒店，露台很大，早上陽光充足。

courteous staff and good location Poor interior design. The tiny coffee table barely holds 2 cups , nothing else . The room has space for a more reasonably sized coffee table. Bed sheets spreading way below and near carpet, making it filthy. Should tuck into the mattress. Minibars nowadays are simply a fridge for guests. Its inefficient and not practical to still using minibar as a source of additional income

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in a long time. It was superbly maintained and, because the hotel is boutique, it had the best of everything - food, comfort, amenities and services. The breakfast was absolutely astounding - served as a course meal, although some variety would be appreciated since we stayed for a few days. I will definitely book here again when I return to Osaka.

Great hotel with exemplary staff. Location was perfect for a first time visit to Osaka.

The staff and property are excellent overall we would stay there again. We found our room a little dated and not well maintained, but did not impact our stay at all.

This was our last stop in Japan (after visiting Tokyo and Kyoto) and we saved the best for last. Our room was gorgeous (great view and spacious) with every amenity I could think of (bubble bath, face products, tea/coffee) and lovely bathroom. In addition to an outside balcony with chairs. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location. The rooms are spacious with gorgeous city view - large windows. The balcony was excellent. The evening happy hour in the lobby is excellent. It is included in the room charge. I’d stay again, need I say more.

Location a bit far from osaka station. Walking time to the major shopping area is about 15 minutes. Staff and cleaniness is at acceptable level.

One of the best experiences and stays I’ve had. The service was one of a kind and they even helped me recover my phone that I left on a train. I can’t explain how amazing this place was from the restaurant on the 10th floor to the views of the city from the room. The mini bar had various kinds of drinks that welcome you to Japanese culture. Considering going back already.

ジャグジーのシャワーが使いづらい。 温度調整もしづらい。 適温の印があると良かった。

ほぼきれいにはしてあるが、冷蔵庫上のキャビネットの角が意外と目立つ場所なのにかなり埃がたまったままになっていた。

This hotel was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The service and the friendliness of the staff was outstanding and the rooms are very clean and spacious. We will definitely be back
