房间很破旧不堪 除了搞清洁的工作人员之外 接待的人非常差劲 没有一点工作热情 一室内室外晚上都很吵 而且没有电梯 除了地点方便以外 没有一点值得让人留恋的地方 这是我这么多年旅行住过最差的酒店

Facilities is wear and old, the bathroom/toilet slide door is shaking and could not close completely, the gap cause leakage of bad smell to the bed which is close to the toilet door. The washing basin is too small causing splash of water when washing face or brushing teeth. The space is too small for 3 person room which no space to place 2 medium sized luggage suitcases. Heater is far from the double bed which is not warm enough during the night at 0 degree. Wi-Fi always disconnected. Price is comparable to 3 star plus hotel for the nights of Friday and Saturday, too expensive and can’t be acceptable to pay for poor facilities.

The lady at front desk was super helpful! I forgot her name. But still remember she patiently told me about the facility in the dining area. She cleaned up all the cups once again. She called the taxi for me to the Gatwick Airports with a very low price the next morning . Thanks again!

三人房只是將原本的雙人房加床，可是卻比雙人房貴了50%的價格，非常不值得，因為一般的飯店加床都是加10%~20%的價格。由於是雙人房加床，房間的空間變得很小，幾乎連打開行李的空間都沒有，但是早餐還不錯。

Very bad and unkempt! Book a double room for 2 adults. When we arrive we get a room in the basement and a bed that is 140 cm wide.. When I say that we book a standard room as it was stated on the hotel.com website it was a 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds on each side. then she apologized at the reception in a very rude way, but was able to arrange it for an extra fee of 200 francs.. the toilet at the top we got after we had to pay extra for, could barely flush. we had to take an extra bucket of water to help flush. On the door to the toilet it says that it can take 3 to 10 minutes to get hot water for the shower.. In reality 15-25 minutes. Can absolutely not recommend this hotel, I am a gold member on hotels.com because I travel a lot.. This is the worst of their hotels they have and recommend. Still hoping for a response from them.

Ett hotell som behöver rustas upp ordentligt. Det var rent men så slitet så känslan blev att det inte var så. Väldigt smala trappor och litet badrum det var svårt att få plats och då är jag 168cm och normalt byggd. Hatthyllan bar uppsatt med tejp och bara ett eluttag. Standarden kan höjas men det går absolut att bo där.

Average cleanliness. Steep stairs. No help with luggage. Bathrooms okay.

Basic property. Price was fine for the area.

I was deeply disappointed when I arrived to see how misleading the online representation of the building and the accommodation was. The room was horrible - according to the website and to reception, it was one of the better rooms. Calling it a shared bathroom was ridiculous. The number of bathrooms per room was concerning - with babies also present in the hotel. There are 3 toilets for 14 rooms (most with double or triple occupancy), with only 1 shower. The room itself was dirty, the walls were heavily cracked and discoloured, likely from water damage. It did not match the photo. The bed was warped and mattress unusable. Perhaps the most concerning part was the weird cover (a painted sock?) that was put over the fire alarm/sprinkler in the room, causing us to feel unsafe with the number of guests, the heat, and the altered fire safety. Reception shrugged his shoulders and was unconcerned. I requested a refund which was met with I cannot do anything, I requested to speak to management and was given an email as the only way to contact management. The reception (Diogo) was rude, completely unwilling help, and offered no customer service. When told we couldn’t stay, reception said if we weren’t happy he wanted the key back, meaning he is going to resell the room. I explained that it was problematic the he was doing nothing to help fix the situation. I was sworn at and belittled for renting “such a disappointing room.” I was told, “we’ve been here 20 years. We’ll be fine.”

OK for a cheap stay over in London. Its location is very convenient for Victoria stations (coach & train) , the area is very quiet with plenty of pubs and restaurants. Room was sparse but had tea & coffee making and a TV. Small hand basin with a very low water flow. Shared bathroom/toilet facilities but I knew that when I booked,

Reception was staffed politely and room was decent value. Small rooms but you get what you pay for. Amenities were inconsistent (e.g. fan did not work), but sheets and towel were clean!

The hotel is well located, a few minutes walk from Victoria Station, with local stores, restaurants, pubs etc. The bedroom was basic and small, though met my needs, the wifi was fine, and there was a fridge and portable fan, which was very helpful to sleep during very hot nights when I stayed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to be charged for leaving bags in the hotel for a few hours after checking out, though staff did inform me of the charge.

Clean and cozy bed. Please note this is not a luxury hotel but it has all you need. Bathroom and shower assimilate a Parisian apartment. Small yet compact and clean. . We will return for future trips

This hotel is possibly the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The room was time, the duvet was disgusting as it was warm we removed it from the cover and saw the general state of the duvet. No aircon or fans in the room. Windows opened straight out onto pavement. Bathroom facilities were on a different floor and they were very unkempt and tiny. The shower doors did not close properly. Plugs sockets were hanging off the wall or held in place with silicone. 100% will not use this place again.

Beds are comfortable and the room is properly furnished to those who need to work from it as well. Hotel staff is efficient and kind.

Very basic room but had what I needed and was as expected for price.

Horrible room and what they call a „bathroom”. Two stars given only because of the chap at the check-in was super nice and helpful…the property itself was awful!

I wouldn't stay here again. The shower doesn't work properly. They wanted to charge us to leave our bags after check out. Staff not helpful or friendly. The fan in the room didn't work and when I told them about that they did nothing about it. The room was very hot but it wasn't a hot day outside.
