房间很破旧不堪 除了搞清洁的工作人员之外 接待的人非常差劲 没有一点工作热情 一室内室外晚上都很吵 而且没有电梯 除了地点方便以外 没有一点值得让人留恋的地方 这是我这么多年旅行住过最差的酒店

Facilities is wear and old, the bathroom/toilet slide door is shaking and could not close completely, the gap cause leakage of bad smell to the bed which is close to the toilet door. The washing basin is too small causing splash of water when washing face or brushing teeth. The space is too small for 3 person room which no space to place 2 medium sized luggage suitcases. Heater is far from the double bed which is not warm enough during the night at 0 degree. Wi-Fi always disconnected. Price is comparable to 3 star plus hotel for the nights of Friday and Saturday, too expensive and can’t be acceptable to pay for poor facilities.

The lady at front desk was super helpful! I forgot her name. But still remember she patiently told me about the facility in the dining area. She cleaned up all the cups once again. She called the taxi for me to the Gatwick Airports with a very low price the next morning . Thanks again!

三人房只是將原本的雙人房加床，可是卻比雙人房貴了50%的價格，非常不值得，因為一般的飯店加床都是加10%~20%的價格。由於是雙人房加床，房間的空間變得很小，幾乎連打開行李的空間都沒有，但是早餐還不錯。

Staff helpful Great location, easy accessible via foot from Victoria Station Excellent price at last minute for bank holiday weekend & I wouldn't have made my trip if not for that, Thank You!!!

Habitación muy fría para latinos, sin control de la temperatura, el baño muy viejo y como es tipo americano me daba miedo que se rompiera el piso de plástico, el personal muy amable (salva el hotel) la ubicación bastante buena

Great location. Fairly basic facilities, compact bathroom.

Fixtures in the shower unit were broken. There was never any hot water in the mornings and I did not get clean towel service once I had to ask for it. Would never stay there again and would never recommend it to anyone.

Carpet dirty and all room look terribles

The Enrico was a fantastic little hotel, in a great location. Will definitely use it again, when I visit London again. My only issue was the cold water taps didn’t work as well as the hot water.

The roo

Great location. Poor facility. Never know when you get hot water in shower... hit and miss. Ventilation is poor as air flow is poor. Bed is a spring bed and difficult for two people to sleep. Noise from people speaking adjoining rooms can disturb your sleep. The night before marathon race day was horrible with loud neighbour that kept talking until 1am.

The worst experience

Location is great if you are planning on walking almost everywhere. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillow as thin as a paper, really uncomfortable, so I suggested to bring your own pillows lol. Room is small for ok, the bathroom is definitely terrible. REALLY small, and water comes out of the toilet when you flush. Property doesn’t have insulation so basically you can hear everything from the other rooms. Glad that I found it, but wouldn’t stay there again.

Very helpful staff. Quite a bit run down - older property. Only one electrical plug. TV worked great with many Roku feeds. Great location with good access to Victoria station and the shops and restaurants on Warwick Way.
