Facilities is wear and old, the bathroom/toilet slide door is shaking and could not close completely, the gap cause leakage of bad smell to the bed which is close to the toilet door. The washing basin is too small causing splash of water when washing face or brushing teeth. The space is too small for 3 person room which no space to place 2 medium sized luggage suitcases. Heater is far from the double bed which is not warm enough during the night at 0 degree. Wi-Fi always disconnected. Price is comparable to 3 star plus hotel for the nights of Friday and Saturday, too expensive and can’t be acceptable to pay for poor facilities.

The lady at front desk was super helpful! I forgot her name. But still remember she patiently told me about the facility in the dining area. She cleaned up all the cups once again. She called the taxi for me to the Gatwick Airports with a very low price the next morning . Thanks again!

三人房只是將原本的雙人房加床，可是卻比雙人房貴了50%的價格，非常不值得，因為一般的飯店加床都是加10%~20%的價格。由於是雙人房加床，房間的空間變得很小，幾乎連打開行李的空間都沒有，但是早餐還不錯。

Hot water quicker then 10 mintues running the tap would be nice.

Sarò molto breve e conciso , se non avete un’alternativa , può andar bene per una notte. Soprattutto per i servizi, camere fredde, bagni piccoli. Tazza del water che perdeva dallo scarico e andava in doccia .

Rooms are neat and price is also okey but access to washroom is problem.

Ideal location from coach station. Comfy bed, just right duvet. Good shower. Fridge, kettle, tea & coffee too

It was very cold in the wood when we first arrived and the heating didn’t come on until morning. As the windows are the old wooden type it was hard to keep the cold out. Blankets are in the room but a few more might be required.

Bj,la literie est à fuir nous avions une chambre double avec cabinet de douche tout est exiguë, et le sommier de 140 pour un vieux matelas de 120 n'était vraiment pas optimum, le repos apres avoir visité etait inexistant pb dos et sommeil reduit, rien a dire sur propreté et personnel. sommier

Convenient location but bathroom is tiny and squeaky. My head would hit the sink when I'm on the toilet. Unpredictable central heating (I think it's a hydronic panel).

Good location, adequate but basic accommodation.

Should have given a micro oven and bathroom toiletries a hair dryer as most often people come for short stays and people do expect some of the above items for short stays as essential overall room was clean and well maintained
