Facilities is wear and old, the bathroom/toilet slide door is shaking and could not close completely, the gap cause leakage of bad smell to the bed which is close to the toilet door. The washing basin is too small causing splash of water when washing face or brushing teeth. The space is too small for 3 person room which no space to place 2 medium sized luggage suitcases. Heater is far from the double bed which is not warm enough during the night at 0 degree. Wi-Fi always disconnected. Price is comparable to 3 star plus hotel for the nights of Friday and Saturday, too expensive and can’t be acceptable to pay for poor facilities.

The lady at front desk was super helpful! I forgot her name. But still remember she patiently told me about the facility in the dining area. She cleaned up all the cups once again. She called the taxi for me to the Gatwick Airports with a very low price the next morning . Thanks again!

三人房只是將原本的雙人房加床，可是卻比雙人房貴了50%的價格，非常不值得，因為一般的飯店加床都是加10%~20%的價格。由於是雙人房加床，房間的空間變得很小，幾乎連打開行李的空間都沒有，但是早餐還不錯。

The location is very convenience. But the check in was terrible. It is said that you need to pay before 1:00pm. When I came there after 1 pm to check in.. The receptionist still asked me to pay the extra. But When I came to check in at 3:00pm, there was no receptionist.

Waren eine Woche in London und für alle die LowBudget verreisen wollen ist das die Perfekte Gelegenheit. 10-15 Gehminuten zur Victoria Station und 20-30 Gehminuten bis zum BigBen.

Ok boende i bra läge nära Victoria Station och Sainsburys om man vill köpa egen mat.

No estaba sucia pero tmp mega limpia, el baño estaba miniatura osea pagamos mucho más por el “baño privado” y era un cubito mínimo, donde no cabías para el baño ni bañarte horrible! La puerta no cerraba del baño, no había jabón. Prácticamente no hay personal, está raro. La zona no está mal pero tmp es lo mejor para Londres, se siente vacía la zona ya por la noche.
