作为一名素食主义者，酒店员工竭尽全力满足我们的需求，甚至专门在单独的厨房为我们烹饪。服务和员工都非常棒。感谢你们让我们的假期如此完美。

酒店的氛围、位置、清洁度、舒适度和员工的友善程度都无可挑剔。有一天，我在沙努尔海滩步道锻炼时不小心丢了银行卡。我向前台报告了此事。不久之后，酒店方面就通知我卡已找到，可以到前台领取。服务真是太棒了！！！感谢凯悦酒店的热情款待，你们的服务真是太好了！❤️

真是令人失望，网站上的宣传看起来那么诱人——绵延的绿色草坪和开阔的海景。但实际上，我们入住的房间却对着墙。对于一家如此注重高端形象的酒店来说， 此外，员工缺乏产品知识，经常忘记事情。

感觉像家一样的酒店，位置好，服务好，员工友好，食物美味。我每次去巴厘岛都会住这里！

我和丈夫对这家酒店印象深刻。一切都很完美。我们住了一周，但这还不够！下次我们还会再来，住更久！！！

So far semua menyenangkan dan terawat bagus. Fasilitas lengkap banget, clinic-nya sampai ada dokter dan perawatnya. Hanya saja pas check in tanggal 30 January 2025 lagi ramai, dan kami hampir 1 jam menunggu untuk check in. Kemudian koper dan beberapa barang kami hampir 1 jam tidak diantarkan ke kamar, sampai akhirnya kita sendiri yang datang ambil ke resepsionis di Lobby. Perlu komunikasi yang lebih baik dan staff yang lebih gesit. Yang lainnya sudah ok, enggak ada masalah. Good Job

Check-in was a bit late, but staff was very helpful and even gave a birthday surprise! :)

Everything was great, except for the mosquitoes in the room… and also I wished there were more clear directional signs, it was pretty easy to get lost walking around the hotel premises. I love that the TV was compatible with mirror screening from our devices.

We enjoyed our stay in Hyatt Regency, in terms of location, food, size of the room, swimming pool. Understood the hotel is aging, please make sure that all things are working well before handover keys to the customers. My wastafel is leakage and toilet smell bad all the time.

The friendly staff, the food, the spa, the gym, the beach, the surroundings, everything was perfect me! Surely 100 % I'll be back!

It's an oldschool hotel but so well maintained. The lobby is beautiful. I did some work/attend a training online while staying there and it felt great. Restaurant in beachfront is good. All staff are helpful and friendly. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Hyatt Regency Bali.
