酒店地理位置优越，距离关丹镇和珍拉丁镇约10-15分钟车程，附近有众多餐厅、商店、超市和干净的海滩，步行即可到达各种活动场所。酒店餐厅提供价格合理的美味佳肴，地处海滨，工作人员热情友好。游泳池中等大小，景色优美。入住手续办理得相当顺利，工作人员也很友好，但我们到达时，由于有团队建设活动，感觉有点拥挤。早餐很美味，但选择有限，用餐区也很狭窄。停车场很宽敞，但在入住/退房时段可能会相当拥挤。花园景观小屋的客房非常舒适，房间前就有停车位，但在旺季可能会感觉车位爆满，有些区域的清洁度有待提高。总的来说，这家酒店是一个相当不错的住宿地点，设施齐全，只有房间清洁度和食物种类仍有待改进。

最好的。房间就在泳池前，靠近海滩。孩子们可以在泳池里玩耍，很开心

Location of the hotel is great. Short distance from city center. We love the beach and swimming pool. Our kids really had a great time. We also requested for a late check out at 1pm and they gladly allow it. Overall we had a great stay.

Bed, location, restaurant and beach are so good, will repeat again

Nice place to stay for family. Near to beach. Nice breakfast. However, parking is limited.

Kemudahan yang disediakan sangat tak ok. Bilik air, bertakung lepas mandi. Tuala pun tak sediakan. Perlu request. Perlu sediakan tempat untuk strika baju di luar supaya mudahkan cust. Request lama untuk dapatkan strika. Not recommended.

Water in the bathroom is clogged. Very uncomfortable and in food when breakfast have hair. Pool also dirty.

Tempat memang nice….facility terbaik….kolam paling best sebab banyak jenis….cuma sygnya breakfast agak mengecewakan…..menu ala kadar….overall ok laaaa….

Book a baby cot earlier even before we arrive at the hotel and extra mattress but didn't receive it the reason was housekeeping holding the key and they already went back at 10pm. Request for iron and iron board call reception x4 still didn't received it. No variety of food spread and staff is not friendly. Fridge in my room is not functioning. Environment serene near to the beach, pool is kids friendly. Overall I won't come again to this resort.

Hotel good. But service staff was not good at all.

Still having poor counter services as few guest been complaints before. Arrived earlier 14:15, after check in told to collect room key at 15:00. At 15:00, time wasted because have to que again together with those new guests and those just arrived for check in. They have two lane, one should give priority to those just collecting keys. Booked a Beach Villa Premium and requested earlier to have decent location. But given a room opposite pool and main walkway. Noises were disturbing privacy when you are in room.

This hotel good for everyone, food, service and nice place. I will come again.

Came down for a relaxing 2 nights stay. 1st night was horrible but the 2nd was in peace since our next room neighbour changed. Thank GOD! Couldn't be able to sleep until 3 am since they were getting drunk and talking loudly until 1.54 am. which is disrespectful to others who are staying there as well (we all pay OK so be considerate if not book a bungalow and make noise as much as you want). I had a talk with the front desk the next day and told her about it, she had apologised and things were OK the next night. Grateful. Booked the Beach Villa which is a bit behind the Premium ones. But the distance from the beach was the same thus no biggie. Just be cautious and ask for a better neighbour if planning your stay here. Clean long nice walk beach, food for sahur was limited. No complaints tho. The room was chalet but modern not like rundown cheap ones. Love my stay just hate when it's too crowded with people. Best to come when not peak season 😬
