地理位置优越，员工也非常乐于助人。

酒店位置离千岁站很近，周围有很多便利店和Yayoi餐厅。但是工作人员英语不太流利，所以我们需要用谷歌翻译才能进行一些简单的交流。之前我已经发邮件给酒店，请求帮忙预订从酒店到机场的出租车，酒店也回复说会在我们入住时安排。但是，正如工作人员所说，出租车公司非常繁忙，无法接受我们明天的预订，只给了我们其他选择（比如巴士或火车），但如果我们选择巴士或火车，就赶不上机场了，因为登机时间是7点20分。工作人员对我们的诉求置之不理。我们还需要帮忙通过Uber预订车辆（因为我们没有日本手机号码，所以无法登录），但工作人员说公司有相关规定，所以他们无法提供帮助。或许以后你们可以考虑提供机场班车服务，或者提供一些出行建议，特别是针对游客的建议。总的来说，酒店房间很不错，我们对这次入住体验很满意。

推荐，靠近新千岁机场

地理位置非常便利，步行3分钟即可到达车站，7-11便利店就在旁边。不过，房间也就仅此而已了，还算不错，但对某些人来说可能略显狭小。总的来说，对于中转旅客而言，这是一家不错的酒店。

很棒的酒店！里面还有公共澡堂！离车站和去新千岁机场的巴士站都很近（基本上就在车站旁边）。咖啡和茶也无限畅饮。酒店还提供免费行李寄存服务，方便您在退房后或入住前探索市区。虽然我们只住了几个小时，但非常喜欢这里。

这家酒店与JR千岁站直接相连。太棒了！如果我再来这里，一定还会住这里 :)

出乎意料的好酒店，离火车站很近，而且有直达机场的巴士。公共浴室和休息室都很棒，还提供免费饮品。步行五分钟即可到达永旺购物中心。

Nice hotel, just walk about a few meters from Chitose Station and arrived! The room is so nice, got 7-Eleven beside the hotel. I would give 5 stars for this hotel.

Best hotel we have stayed during our 10 days visit in Japan

The best hotel ever! I stayed here just 1 night and I was so surprised with the amenities (free extra pillow). And the location is very close to JR station just 20 steps.

First time staying in Chitose as I always have stayed in the Airport Hotel. So I wanted to be close to the train station for easy access back to the Airport. The Hotel is approx 20M from the train station and the train costs 290jpy. It is quiet new and whoever designed the room layouts did a great job and the interior decorating was awesome (15 years in the building industry I look at these things). The choice of pillows was a great touch and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were state of the art and again well designed. They lounge on the 2nd floor with Tea and Coffee was well used and we enjoyed a bottle of wine up there in the evening. The onsen bathhouse looked great with lots of free product although I wasn't able to use due to my tattoos. We didn't eat at the adjoining restaurant as there was a lot of restaurants nearby and 2 x 7-11's within 20M and they also have a microwave to heat up food if needed. Staff were great I will definitely return.
