Such a lovely stay what a lovely staff, rooms and breakfast!

Great location, walkable to most attraction and a 4 minute walk to subway and tram station. Lots of restaurants close by. The breakfast is very nice too.

Walkable to interesting places

No refrigerator, iron or ironing board in the room. The hotel has cold drinks for purchase at the front desk 24/7 and will set up the iron/ironing board for you in the restaurant on the main floor to use upon request.

Very well run place right at the center of the city surrounded by all the historic sites.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights in Nov 2023 (forgot to post my review!) and my stay was amazing! Great location, friendly staff, and the breakfast was excellent!

The room was nice but we did hear everything that was happening outside of the rooms …

Excellent stay, very clean and very close to the main attractions.

The location was perfect for exploring the innerstadt. The hotel is old world charm with wonderful updates. The staff are friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. We loved our stay and would not stay anywhere else. It really was the perfect hotel for us. Everywhere we walked was less than 30 minutes away.

The hotel is down a little side street with no through traffic. Room was comfortable, but missing fridge and t&c facilities, although free tea was available at reception. The property is in need of some updating. Staff are fabulous, helping me with my secondary school German. Definitely recommend as only 5/10 minute walk to Stephen Platz.

A very well run hotel. Great service and everything of a high standard. Staff very helpful. Hotel very convenient for tubes, trams and lovely shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfasts, although dining room can be busy.

This was a great property in an ideal location to walk most places or quickly get to public transportation. The front desk help was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great (the staff in there not quite as friendly but certainly kept the buffet full). The only downside to this property is the bathroom of our room was very tiny and had a step up into it. This, paired with our choice of a smaller room, meant we really didn't have much room for anything. Our 2 day stay meant it wasn't worth it to unpack in the wardrobe. If you are at all concerned about size of room, I would suggest paying for something larger, especially if you are staying longer. Otherwise great property!

Beautiful hotel on a quiet street but close to all tourist attractions. You won’t be disappointed to stay here. We sent 4 nights, the staff, breakfast, location all was top notch.

Location was good. Pretty price for the type of room!

Breakfast was great! The front desk staff were awesome as at a time when we were there the rain and wind was intense and causing many flooding problems. We couldn’t get a train or bus to our next destination of Salzburg and the hotel did there utmost best to accommodate and help us.
