It was a wonderful place!! Comfortable, cozy and premium rooms .very beautifully done interiors and impeccably clean.The hostess Sandra was fabulous!! We definitely will go back there.

Excellent in every way. The accommodation provided everything we could have wanted.

Beautifully presented B&B with kind and friendly staff. There is not a thing I would fault with our stay. The bed & room were extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious and it seems that all aspects to ensure you had a great time was ensured. They also had some great local recommendations for dining & activites within the Conwy /Snowdonia area.

Property is beautiful, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are definitely unique.

Hosts are very attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were excellent and good size portions. Very clean but the shower unit could do with an update and also somewhere to hang the large bath towels after use would be good. The gardens are magnificent. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Everything was perfect. The best 4 days holiday in a tranquil enviropnment The owners, Sandra and Chris went out of their way to be helpful. The house and gardens were beautiful The breakfast was fresh, plentiful with great variety For eating out in the evening Sandra recommended the local village pub, Ty Gwyn. Best meal highly recommend

Peace and quiet surroundings in a very friendly property: nothing too much trouble for Sandra and Colin.

We loved our stay here - very relaxing and welcoming. We enjoyed watching woodpeckers and finches in the pretty garden over a delicious breakfast and slept soundly in comfy beds. Thank you to our hosts who anticipated our every need and made our stay so comfortable.

Five star, excellent location, friendly hosts, wonderful food, exceptionally clean and comfy beds. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in North West Wales. Loved it! Enjoyed our chats, Sandra, will try to come again.

Set in lovely gardens with a "sun trap" terrace to sit an enjoy the view. Lovely room, great hosts and an excellent breakfast. Not far from Conwy, the coast or Snowdonia National Park it's set in great location. We would definitely visit again.

We received a warm welcome from Sandra, the proprietor when we arrived. Our room was beautifully decorated and the view over the gardens and surrounding countryside were lovely. Breakfast was served in the dining room. As a vegetarian and a coeliac vegan we were well catered for with smoothies, fresh fruit, soua yoghurt and a cooked breakfast.

We are so glad we found this hidden gem. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The room was lovely and very comfortable

Lovely house,gardens. Great hosts, clean and welcoming, great breakfast, relaxed atmosphere. I really don’t want to recommend Tir y Coed in case it’s booked when we want to return.

The stay with Sandra and Chris was everything and more. I would like to thank them very much. Breakfast,rooms, or company from them both, absolutely lovely.The way the atmosphere is created is a hidden Gem especially under strange circumstances with Bovid.will see you soon, love to you both and of course Ruby.

Fantastic property, exceptional hosts! A wonderful 3 night break for two of us. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the surrounding area is simply beautiful and the view from the property is serene. Excellent breakfast selection too - the scrambled eggs are a must try! We look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future. Thanks for making our break perfect! All the best, Nick & Robert
