When I checkin at the midnight, the staff gave me a twin room which is dirty. It's not clean up. Therefore, the staff gave me another one upon request which turned out to be so great. The room security card allows you to get access to your room and the floor entrance. However, I was not able to open the entry door on the floor where I stayed. And the staff tried to fix it but it didn't work for a couple of times until I requested to change another card. I really want to appreciate a female staff on the group floor who introduced me a lot of different tourist attractions in the city of Belfast. The most important thing she let me know is the classical choir performance in a theater nearby. She did a great job! Apart from the above, the hotel;'s location is extremely convenient. It's just a few minutes walk to the train and long distance bus station. It's also next to the coffee shop and the post office. There are famous live music irish bar like Crown bar, Robinson bar nearby gave me so much entertainment at night. Also, it's close to the music theatre where I bought a ticket for choir performance. All in all, staying in this hotel for 5 days is wonderful. I definitely will come back and stay here again!

Had a wonderful 2 night stay for an event at the o2 arena. Spacious room, had everything we needed, comfy beds, great location and the reception staff were so pleasant and helpful!

The tiniest room ever. Not organised for putting away your stuff. Really good location and friendly staff. But comfortable-No!

Location and cost superb. Friendly staff. I figured the amenities would be bare, but not quite as bare as they were. No sizable flat area to set items such as an iPad or laptop. There was a folding chair to sit on. On Sunday at 4:15 am the fire alarm sounded for seventeen minutes--apparently a malfunction. That was a bummer. Overall, a solid, affordable experience that could be made better.

The room of course was very clean bed was ok but value for money was terrible. £273.00 for one night in a room so small hard to get around the bed. Awful

This easy hotel in Belfast is perfect for so many reasonss, price, friendly staff, spotless, great cafe open early for coffee and everything breafasty. It’s also in a perfect location for sightseeing, shopping and great food. Guaranteed you’ll love it.

O quarto é minúsculo. Quase impossível para 2 pessoas. É até engraçado se não fosse trágico. Mas é bem localizado, os funcionários são todos muito atenciosos e o hotel é bem limpo.

Hotel has a good central location, the room was clean and small. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful however on our last night the reception staff couldn't pick his head out of his phone to give polite acknowledgement or to see who was actually entering building. Facilities in the room were very basic but you get what you pay for, room very small, glass door for toilet/shower wouldn't close properly, There are no coffee/tea making facilities in room but there's an adjacent coffee shop that you can get these from but only open during the day. This hotel would be ok for an night or two but I personally couldn't stay for longer, I would recommend for a very short stay and you dont mind small room.

We've always enjoyed staying with this hotel chain during our vacations; it really suits our needs.
