When I checkin at the midnight, the staff gave me a twin room which is dirty. It's not clean up. Therefore, the staff gave me another one upon request which turned out to be so great. The room security card allows you to get access to your room and the floor entrance. However, I was not able to open the entry door on the floor where I stayed. And the staff tried to fix it but it didn't work for a couple of times until I requested to change another card. I really want to appreciate a female staff on the group floor who introduced me a lot of different tourist attractions in the city of Belfast. The most important thing she let me know is the classical choir performance in a theater nearby. She did a great job! Apart from the above, the hotel;'s location is extremely convenient. It's just a few minutes walk to the train and long distance bus station. It's also next to the coffee shop and the post office. There are famous live music irish bar like Crown bar, Robinson bar nearby gave me so much entertainment at night. Also, it's close to the music theatre where I bought a ticket for choir performance. All in all, staying in this hotel for 5 days is wonderful. I definitely will come back and stay here again!

Ambitions of my stay was quite low, given the price factor, however, this hotel was well beyond my worst expectations!

Basic economic hotel room if you are Looking to use your room just for sleep and shower this works. Great location walking distance to bus and trains, city hall and city center. Rooms are very small no wasted space and you really can’t work in them but if all you need sleep and shower this works

Felt too hot in the middle of the night. air condition needs to be adjusted almost every hour. Staff are excellent though.

Room is a little small and basic, but very clean and nice. Location is convenient. Well worth the price and had a great stay.

That is not the room you get! The room is tiny with glass for the bathroom front.
