Nice location with majestic view of Mt. Kinabalu. Not OKU friendly. No ramp for wheelchair users.

Low water supply. Home appliances such as water heater not working.

The place is old and need some renovations to bring it upto date, at least the unit we were staying (Morning Glory). The bed had bedbugs, my wife woke up with bedbug bite marks. The chimney was not working, I had some woodfire as the weather was chilly at 14’C but the whole house and bedrooms smell hazy and burned after only 5 minutes of burning and it lasted the whole night, even after we put down the woodfire. And there are flies everywhere. On the good side, kudos to the staffs for being very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out was easy and they were apologetic for our bad experience (I complained about the chimney and flies).

Stayed there for a farewell party. Cant ask for a better place to stay. The atmosphere was good, amazing stargazing spot and woke up to the magnifent Mount Kinabalu view was just simply breathtaking!
