Booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms air conditioner don't work. It's summer so it's super hot and stuffy air. Can't sleep! They end up put a fan in a room and no fan for another. Day 2, they said they fixed it but obviously its not so 2 nights in a row no air conditioning. Super disappointed for a 4 stars hotel. (That's what they charge and claim on their website) finally they moved us to another 2 rooms after a serious negotiation and get 2 nights refund. One of the morning we had breakfast at their restaurant, it was 9.30am and they said scrambled egg is finished. However, their breakfast time won't finish till 10.30am. A lot of guests are upset about that, so i talked to the hotel manager and requested scrambled egg. After 10min, they serve scrambled egg again and I saw at least 10 more guests come in between 9.30am and 10.30am. How can a 4 star hotel told guests scrambled egg is finished far from breakfast end time?! We have no bath gel in our shower, instead, they put 2 shampoos. Not refill our box tissue. One day one of us not feeling well and rest at hotel, when she felt better and leave the room at 3pm, she told the front desk they can make the room but they said housekeeping already gone home! Interesting! Not sure how they got their 4 stars. I won't recommend anyone to stay there. The only positive part of the hotel is the location, it's close to Plaza Cataluna. Very convenient. But there are a lot of choice in that area value for money.

Location is good, easy to go anywhere, lots of restaurants and shopping area.but the room temperature can’t adjust, they do have their own control panel but can’t turn it down. Booked two rooms, one room found lots of hairs on the bed sheet, the front desk was helpful, they changed the room for us and offer a free breakfast.

酒店面向熱鬧的街道 ，當遇上球賽事 ，更是熱鬧 幸好 ，房間的窗戶隔音不錯 ，還可以睡一個寧靜的覺！

1-min walk from metro station. Super convenient. And many good restaurants nearby. New hotel rooms.

鄰近地鐵站，只需步行1分鐘，附近有很多美食，有快餐，有餐廳，可以步行到聖若瑟市場，酒店職員很幫忙，打掃亦很乾淨，不過緊記要自備牙膏牙刷，這酒店冬天是沒有冷氣的。

房間寛敞，地方清潔，交通很方便。可步行至市中心及很多㬌點，近機場巴士總站。員工態度不錯。

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient since it is located at the center of the city. I can easily arrive the hotel after I get off from the airport bus easy to find different restaurants nearby even after midnight. Meanwhile the hotel service is very good and helpful, they solved many problems that I faced during my trip.

Para mí no es 4 estrellas, muy flojo. Nos tocó una habitación adaptada y luego de duchar el baño se moja entero con el consiguiente engorro. La habitación no está insonorizada y se escucha mucho ruido de la calle.

Perfekt lokation ved Plaza Catalonia. Meget få pladser ved morgenmaden og måtte vente på bord. Udvalget til morgenbuffeten var ikke prangende men et ok tilbud.

La temperatura del hotel la tienen controlada y es muy alta aún en invierno, es muy difícil descansar, las habitaciones internas son asfixiantes y aunque nos cambiaron de habitación a una con vista externa, el calor se concentra demasiado.

客室・バスルームが広く清潔です。 治安も悪くなく、騒音もありませんでした。 カタルーニャ駅も近く、マクドナルドやケンタッキー・フライド・チキンをはじめ、近隣には食事をする場所も多いです。 地下鉄も近いので、どこに行くにしても便利です。 難点ですがバスルームの排気が無かったことです。 排気口はありますが、作動していませんでした。 室内が少し暑いと感じる方もいらっしゃると思いますが、エアコンを使うと逆に暑くなります。 アメニティはありませんのでご注意ください。ティッシュペーパーやスリッパはもとより歯ブラシなどもありませんが、3軒横にコンビニがあります。

The room itself is basic but clean and functional. Sadly, it’s very noisy if you have a room facing the main road. I was on the 2nd floor and heard nothing but traffic, shouting from passers by and sirens all night, every night. If you’re a light sleeper or not used to city noises, that’s not ideal. There was also a small cockroach in the bathroom was, while I appreciate they’re everywhere, wasn’t pleasant. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location and the staff are all great.

部屋は新しめで清潔でした。シングルルームとしては申し分ない広さです。冷蔵庫があったのは私にとっては嬉しかったです。 スタッフは、フレンドリーで親切でした。 ロケーションは、空港からの列車の停車駅からは、少々歩きますが、地下鉄の駅からは、すぐ近くです。
