Very pleasant front desk staff, inexpensive rate for Sunday night (weekday night) in June. Overall very satisfied. Clifton Hill literally 3 mins walk, and front there you can see in another few mins the US side of the falls

Is off the table completely "After contacting the property, they’ve decided to uphold the original cancellation policy and have declined the waiver request. Additionally, the property has confirmed that the reservation was utilized for the full seven-night stay, and no early departure was reported due to service-related concerns. As such, they are unable to approve any refund for this booking. We understand this may be disappointing. Hotels often have strict policies in place, and unfortunately, there’s nothing else we can do in this case."

It was very convenience location and our purpose was fulfilled.

We stayed in the motel part and it was quiet. Also the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable (if you like a softer bed)! The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here.

Room wasn’t that clean at all as shown in pictures , bathroom was just okay we had a hard time using the shower and floor was very slippery.

Not a very good hotel

The room was comfortable and had plenty of space for the 3 of us. I liked that there was a mini fridge to keep healthy snacks for our outings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the dinner which had decent food that was very reasonably priced.

Chambre quelque peu désuète mais literie très propre. Très bon service de nettoyage le matin. La piscine l'eau très froide, le spa l'eau très sale. Très bon service à la réception, dame très gentille. Je reviendrais pour l'hébergement et le stationnement mais pas pour les services de piscine et spa.

We had a king bed jacuzzi suite in the tower - huge bathroom, very clean, bed was comfortable, very quiet. Hotel is on Victoria St close to Clifton Hill - you are just a block or two from restaurants and lots of activities. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again! Happy travels!
