The staff were perfect, always trying to help their guests, the general condition of the property was very good. But this property is located far from the city center in a very secluded location

I was for a conference in Belgrade. The hotel is advertising itself as a resort with a large pool. The pool exists, however, it was closed and had no water. If they had mentioned that on their homepage I would have booked a different place, closer to the conference venue. I am sure when the pool is operational it is fantastic and the hotel a totally different experience. However, for me it was then just a hotel far away from the centre, hard to find and which taxi drivers don't even know. In addition, although they advertise and promise breakfast to be available, that never worked. The chef never turned up for breakfast. On my last morning, on top of everything, there was no water available. Apparently the entire area had no water so it was not the hotel's fault, but still it left a final sour taste for me. To end on a positive note: the hotel has a great gym, spacious, with a large range of equipment and view over the pool. Despite all the difficulties, the few staff that are around are very friendly and try hard to please guests, even disappointed ones. Also, the Internet worked well and the room was clean and spacious. and the bed was comfortable.
