Très beau cadre autour de l'hôtel, arrivée conseillée en taxi depuis la gare pour éviter les pavés. Tapisseries et gravures d'époque en décoration. The hotel is a magnificant old palazzo in a great location. The staff is incredibly helpful and curteous. The ACs in the rooms need to be upgraded. Despite the problem we had with the AC, the staff did everything possible to remedy the situation. I rate this hotel very highly.

It was a pleasure to stay in such a historic hotel. We thought it was just right while visiting such a historic city. The location was good close to the city, to the cathedral, restaurants and shops. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the Ferrari museum. The breakfast was very tasty. Our room was quiet and nice decorated.

Allowed us to change rooms to a cooler one during the worst EU heat wave. Very accommodating. Great breakfast and location.

Overall clean but some long term wear, dirt on walls etc. Average quality overall. Good location and overall amenities. One rude staff at check in made the experience feel unwelcoming at first.

Great location & breakfast. Excellent staff. Downside was very hard flat bed pillows. Asked for softer / fluffier ones & were given the same hard dead pillows. Last night new people in adjacent room smoked in their bathroom in early hrs with fan on for hrs which sent smoke into mainly our bathroom as we had the door shut during the evening. Next morning the smoke in our. Station almost made us sick. The room next to us was also a non smoking so we were rather upset. Staff apologized of course.

I love this hotel so much. I told everyone, this is what I want from a hotel when I’m in Italy! Beautiful entry/lobby. Clean, well appointed room. I did have the balcony room, which was just luxury to sit out there and enjoy a coffee. The garden space also offers quiet space to breathe. This is right in the city center, so everything is walkable. I wish I would have gotten there Friday as intended, because Friday night right at the corner is so much action! Food, drinks, fun, and then the quiet space of the hotel. They have a small but well-appointed bar. And the staff and I worked hard to come up with a signature cocktail. It definitely requires Amaro. Plus the restaurant in the ground floor has recently opened and I had a lovely traditional dish. I will make it a point to stay here anytime I am back! As a business traveler, this was a welcome break, but as a leisure traveler this is a gem!

Dette hotel er et 2-3 stjernet hotel. Det er meget gammelt og fint hvis du ikke har de store krav. Personalet kan man ikke klage over. De er vældig søde hele vejen rundt. Vi kommer ikke tilbage.

Very nice stay, polite staff, delicious breakfast, in the historical center and 5 minutes walk to the main square. I would have appreciated a boiler to make tea/coffee in the room.
