提早到可將行李寄放在服務中心，會有送行李服務，check in可在自己住宿的地點辦理，原本說退房時能幫忙將行李送回服務中心，可隔天再詢問時又說不行，前後有落差，會造成旅客不悅 住宿地點離主景點較遠，較為偏僻，房間整體來說算不錯，床也算舒適

Cons: Staff not always available, a bit far from the trains, a bit far from areas like Nishiki market—which I don’t recommend going to anyway. Also not very soundproof. Pros: clean, microwave, big space, lots of shrines nearby to visit, quiet area, has a washer but no dryer. Main thing is: If you dont mind walking or taking an Uber/taxi sometimes, consider this area. But if you have a toddler like us, I would 100% consider closer to where the tourist-y area is closer to the train station.

Appartamento grande e comodo

We had a really nice stay at Stay SAKURA Kyoto Dragon. It’s a clean, standard hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated that the room came with a washer — such a helpful amenity while traveling! Just a heads-up: there’s no dryer, so clothes take some time to dry at room temperature. The location was great, within walking distance to lots of places we wanted to visit. I also loved that no shoes are allowed inside the room, which kept everything feeling clean and homey. The only downside was the internet. It was down for most of our stay (2 out of the 3 nights), which was a bit disappointing, especially when trying to plan activities. Thankfully, it was working perfectly the night before we checked out.

安くて良いと思いましたが場所がわかりにくく電話でお聞きしたのですが電話が転送など飛び説明してくれる人にたどり着けなくて困りました。お部屋は全体的に綺麗でしたがホテルのようにキチンとしてないのが残念でした。洗濯機があり便利だなぁ、と思いました。

立地は静かな場所で良好でしたが路地の中にあり探すのに少し苦労しました。。部屋は綺麗で満足です。 大人2人、子供3人で宿泊するには少し狭いと感じました。コーヒーのサービスはありがたかったですがコップが欲しかったです。

Sight seeing in Kyoto. Convenient, clean and in a good area

施設は綺麗でアメニティや水など揃っていて良かったです。ドライヤーも新しいものでお風呂も綺麗でした。 タオルが臭いがついていたりイマイチでした。トイレットペーパーを出すのにローラーが回らず、使いづらかった。

Near Nishi hongengi Temple,very nice and good place.I love everything

施設等は良かったが、ゲストセンターから宿までの送迎車が接触事故を起こしたにも関わらず、その後何もフォローがなく、少し残念でした。

한국인 스텝이 있어서 굉장히 좋았습니다 숙소가 전체적으로 깨끗했고 특히 세탁기가 있어서 편리했습니다

I booked the hotel because of proximity to Kyoto Station, only to find out that the guest center is near the station while the actual room is 2km from station. Also, the shuttle is only available during certain hours and I did not have the fortune to arrive in Kyoto during those hours.
