Very nice experience staying at parkroyal pickering. The hotel location just a few steps away from Chinatown MRT station via Chinatown Point mall, just across Hong Lim hawker center and within walking distance to Chinatown. Check in was smooth, the front office on duty - Raphael - did a very good service welcoming us. Room was also nice with seamless bathroom integration with bedroom separated by huge sliding door. Electric shade for day/night also very welcome touch. Overall we did not find any flaw in the service, everyone was very well mannered and supportive. Nice surprise on the mini garden maze around the swimming pool with lots of photo spot for Instagram. Will stay here again in the future when opportunity comes to visiting Chinatown.

Highly recommended. One of the best 5 Stars Hotel in the world with exceptional hospitality. The hotel has team who consistently demonstrate beyond 5 stars Hotel standard based on our last 5 stays. Our last stay was to celebrate my daughter's late birthday and the were really surprised, impressed, by Park Royal Pickering team, who did huge extra miles - behind the scenes to provide the nice decoration, detail amenities and high room quality which make our stay & celebration very memorable. Thank you for the front office team (Ms. Felicia & Ms. Nurul) who welcomed us and the check in process was very smooth. This time we notice the hotel also provided refreshing welcome drink that open to every guests. The hotel are truly exceptional in treating guest and elevated the hospitality into different level by taking care every single detail from best historical information during past stays. Thank you to the house keeping who prepared the room carefully, making sure the room cleanliness and provided the necessary amenities for our folder. I believe this is the best hospitality demonstration we have experienced from many 5 stars hotels & big chain we stayed in Singapore, capital cities in Asia and North America. We get the Junior Suite this time and the room is gorgeous, the views from the room are exceptional, from the living room area, bedroom as well as bathroom. The bathroom has his/her basin, separated toilet and bathroom with shower. The room is very spacious and really like the arrangement. The cupboards are very big too. The amenities are very details. Love it so much! The facilities are very good, we use the pool several times as well as the gym. The scenery from the pool is simply gorgeous. We spent time to walked through the beautiful concept of garden at level 5. The breakfast is very delicious, the hotel provided best quality of food as always. The chicken porridge, nasi lemak and the meatball are really good. Never bored with the menu due to all the varieties. Overall, my daughter was truly happy, and she enjoyed her birthday staycation thanks so much to all of you! We will definitely come back and recommend Parkroyal Pickering

Great stay in this hotel as always. Really appreciate the teams who really provide best in class hospitality with great quality and passion to accommodate guest 's needs. The stays in Parkroyal Collection Pickering are always exceeding my expectation. The room is extremely clean and the team (Ms. Judy Wu, Ms. Felicia) is very thoughtful providing us with cute crib and small tube as they know I have small kid. Thank you very much! Really recommended hotel not only for business but also for family. Best facility, best service quality and best staff hospitality from other 5 stars hotel we have visited so far including other pan pacific hotels. Great pool with great view. The breakfast is really good, we love the asian food provided (on top of western). The Nasi lemak is very exceptional, best porridge and the meatball is very nice. We never bored with the food as they keep providing new dishes and this time they added few Japanese foods. They also listed to our request as we asked several time about fresh juice and this time they provided it as part of the breakfast menu. Great Job! We are looking forward to come back to Parkroyal Pickering again!

Best quality hotel, best hospitality since booking, arrival to check out. I could say the staff are the best among other pan pacific groups in singapore. Really excellent service. Room is very clean and well maintained, great pool and gym. The breakfast and cakes are excellent (not too westernized). Thank you so much particularly to Ms. Judy Wu for excellent hospitality during our last 2 stays and make us coming back again next 2 weeks and during our daughter birthday celebration in following month.

It was a great 2D1N, service was prompt-when we ordered in-room dining, and found ourselves having a locked mini fridge, we also had a complimentary room upgrade to the lifestyle premier room. The burger we ordered was a tad salty, but overall it was a fun and luxurious experience.

Had an amazing stay here. Room is really beautiful and spacious. The hotel staff provided us with complimentary birthday cake as well. All facilities provided are great and it's definitely one of my favourite hotels for staycation.

Service was mediocre compared to other 5-star hotels. Lack of follow up on requests-could work on better customer service. Room was also kind of dusty and mouldy at corners.

Nice stay with fast check in, next to Chinatown Point and Hong Lim Market.

Room was not ready at 3pm but staff was nice to extend the check out timing by 1 hour. Room is very spacious especially the bathroom and the view is great! Loved the swimming pool but equipment in the gym are a little dated.

First, actually, its very good hotel, 5star hotel, but service very slow, even only tab-water provided, small size of room, very disappointed ….

Great experience at the hotel. Really love the design of the building and the night view of the pool is awesome. Service is good too although the taste of the breakfast can be further improved for better experience.

The room is compact compared to prmb, but the bed is bug and comfortable. The facilities are also extensive, breakfast at lime was also very good. Would stay again!

I attempted to check in at 3.50pm. To my shock my room was not ready. However, receptionist provided a late check out. Amazing speedy recovery. Room was excellent. Will request this room again.
