连续两天门都坏了。

在古晋市中心住得很愉快。就在The Spring购物中心对面。

我们住得很舒服。入住和退房都很便捷。他们非常慷慨地帮我们升级了房间。对于需要宽敞空间的团体或家庭来说，这间房间非常完美。 房间干净整洁，维护良好。房间内配有双门冰箱、微波炉、水壶、盘子、餐具和许多储物柜。走廊上设有饮水机，方便您补充饮用水。我喜欢这家酒店的环保设计。 酒店就在购物中心前面，您可以通过人行天桥轻松过街。您可以购买所需的物品/杂货。旁边有很多不错的餐厅，您可以去尝试一下。距离机场约10分钟路程。 总体来说，体验非常棒！

我们已经七年没有在这里住过了，这次我们回来度假。条件和以前一样，仍然干净，拥有公寓般的酒店设施。

Positive: 1. They let us check in before the check-in time. 2. Good overall facilities. 3. Clean room, clean utensils. 4. Spacious living space. 5. Within walking distance to Borneo Hospital, Spring Mall, and good Malay-Indian-Chinese foods in the shop nearby. Negative: 1. Electricity was not working when I first came, but they quickly resolved it after I reported it to the front desk. 2. Breakfast options are very limited, the drinks are pretty diluted, though they offer a take-away box if you need to go very early.

Overall ok dan baik, hanya saja suasana di lorong kamar hotel agak gelap dan kurang nyaman.

Hotel apartemen nyaman, bersih, tersedia alat makan, panci, wajan, microwave dan air minum bisa isi sepuasnya. Check in dan checkout layanan resepsionisnya cepat. Senang menginap di hotel ini.

Best place to stay. Comfy and suits its price.

The light is off. Need wait 90 minutes to open the hotel doors. No backup elictricity.

Sempat mati lampu lalu pintu gak bisa terbuka selama 90 menit.

This is a serviced apartment that is very poorly maintained! There is no aircon in the lobby and the room has a weird, humid smell as if it has never been open for months. Not worth the price at all. Checked-in, had bad experience with the concierge, once I saw the room I immediately leave the room and does not even stay there. Not recommended at all!

Hotelnya enak banget buat liburan keluarga, kolam renangnya sampai ada 3, untuk hotel bintang 4 sarapannya ga puas karena diantar di kamar jadi ga bisa pilih menu :(.

Sarapannya sekarang tidak disediakan di restoran lag. Tapi diantar ke kamar masing-masing.

Tidak sesuai harapan. Sarapan diantar ke kamar tidak semestinya seperti hotel lain, itu pun sarapan cuma mie, 1 kamar hanya dapat 1. Sangat buruk dah, tidak bagus. Saran untuk semua jangan sampai memilih hotel ini.

Not the first time we have been staying in Citadines Uplands Kuching. But seems like it relatively has gotten slightly worse than before. Stayed in a 2 bedrooms accommodation and it was still generally clean and pleasant, but there are some obvious signs of wear around the accommodation. The sofa seats were kind of flat and hardly puffy anymore. The TV programmes were grainy. No dishwashing soap were provided anymore. The gym and laundry room were closed. And pool towels have to be requested from a phone which may take some time. Not that those made the stay unbearably unpleasant, but certainly took off some shine from the brand we used to know.

Poor air conditioning.

Hotel cantik kemas bersih. untuk keluarga yang kecil sesuai tapi untuk keluarga yang besar tidak sesuai. cuma saya sangat sangat sangat tidak puas hati tandas sangat bermasalah. nak buang besar pun takut sebab flush x berapa nak kuat. masih tertinggal kepingan emas ><, dan lagi satu, kolam renang availble untuk 2 orang dewasa umur 12 tahun - 60 tahun. itu je la so far lain lain semua ok.
