Kamar hotel sangat luas dan bersih. Proses check in sangat cepat. Pelayanan front desk ramah. Lokasi hotel gampang ke mana-mana.

I didn't know that the room I booked is coming with a bath tub and my nephew really enjoyed this. Room a bit large and the kids keep running. Breakfast is OK and the kuetiau that morning is really delicious. Parking is OK because have a lot of parking. Pool is OK and it just that the toilet have this unpleasant odour even not in use and well my mom complained about the mat. Well hotel mat its a bit musty smell but anyhow overall is OK. We enjoyed our short time here.

Old Hotel with problems. Toilet bowl stuck, change to another room with air con not working, change to 3rd room with basin stuck. A tired experience staying here.

The pool was so dirty. My son found a hair a rubbish in the pool. Breakfast was okay. Simple breakfast. Can do more than that. The room. I need to wait more than 3 hours for room to cool unfortunately it doesn't. The maintenance came and telling us he will top up the gas and he come back and said the gas was full. Calling receptionist from my room never pickup. Need to go downstairs and tell regarding the room. Housekeeping come and give us a key for another room. Thank you for that. They will charge RM30 for the baby cot instead I go any hotel previously they never charge for the baby cot. Baby cot not extra bed. Come on. And I need to pay that in cash. They don't accept debit card for the baby cot. Pft. If need extra card they will charge for RM20 but it refundable.

Negative. We booked a hotel for 3d2n. When we entered the room. We feel very disappointed because the room smells so weird and dusty and the tub is so dirty like never clean. Even the corridors carpet is dusty and smells very bad. Safe was locked when we call the reception nobody answers we try many time please improve. Positive. When request to the front office staff regarding our complain they take fast action. Friendly front office staff.
