食物选择太少，而且很无聊

我在兰卡威别墅住了三天两夜。房间很宽敞，这点很不错，但总体来说体验并不令人满意。 晚上会听到老鼠跑来跑去，墙壁上抓挠的声音，而且房间隔音效果并不好。外面的走廊经常有蜥蜴粪便，而且因为靠近泳池，所以很滑，工作人员不得不经常拖地以确保安全。酒店管理层应该在面向泳池的房间外提供地垫，方便客人在进入房间前擦脚，避免地板湿滑。遗憾的是，我们入住期间，WiFi一直无法使用。 退房时，我们不得不等工作人员检查完房间后才退还押金——这是我第一次遇到这种情况，因为其他四五星级酒店通常不需要押金。额外的床垫是按晚收费的，而不是一次性收费，而且没有提供沐浴露（幸好我自带了）。而且，咖啡、茶和糖都只提供一小包，对于别墅住宿来说，感觉有点小气。 前台人员可以更加友好热情。总的来说，我对别墅的管理不满意，以后不会再住这里了。

地理位置优越，环境安静，靠近祈祷室

酒店应该提供拖鞋和牙刷等更加齐全。 早餐人员专业热情，食物丰富。

工作人员很友好，乐于助人。位置也靠近市中心。从别墅到珍南购物中心/海滩仅 1 公里左右，乘坐 Grab 车仅需 5 令吉。

Bersebelahan persis dengan dermaga jadi kalau kalian mau ke Koh Lipe dari Langkawi atau sebaliknya naik ferry, bawa barang banyak dan terutama bawa anak kecil banyak sangat memudahkan untuk kalian kalau mau check in ferry mepet-mepet waktu. Kalian bisa memaksimalkan waktu di hotel ini.

Overall a comfortable stay, clean room and decent meals. Location wise it ' s all pretty close to the tourist destination but not too close to get all the noise polution from it. Downside is that if you're not paying extra, your room would either have no view or just plainly faces a wall that ' s a bit stuffy to deal with.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan masjid, lingkungan bersih, kamar tidur luas, kamar mandi pun bersih tanpa ada masalah pada alat mandinya.

The place is very clean and new, the staff is friendly and warm, but too bad it is not a quiet place to stay because the Muslim prayers are too loud. The mosque is just beside the hotel.

The hotel is clean and spacious with 2 king beds for a family of 4. We stayed there 3 nights. 15 min drive to airport and less than 5min drive to Pantai Cenang.

Hotel biasa aje. Kecil tapi kelengkapan semua ok. Agak bising kerana berdekatan dengan kolam mandi. Overall puas hati dengan yang dibayar.
