We stayed in a Grand Suite, Bed and mattress was not comfortable at all, we felt it was thin and hard. Swimming pool only caters for adults, There is no kids pool and this property is not a kids friendly and also the toilet room glass door is opening inwards instead of out.

I was so happy. Definitely will repeat 🤗. Everything was so perfect. Was there for my husband 's birthday. Thank you for the complementary cake (during my afternoon tea).

Ini ke 2x saya nginap di sini. Dan i’m in love with this hotel from the first site. Lobby hotel wangi, kamar ok, apalagi waktu pertama kali dateng kami dapat free upgrade ke junior suite. Dan yang saya juga suka adalah makanannya, the best food is Japanese food mereka, you must try … dan pastinya saya akan kembali lagi ke hotel ini.

Love the whole experience here! The bath tub + TV in the toilet is the highlight of the room. Breakfast is OK.

A very slow registration for check in. Stand 1 hour at lobby to get a room with my baby crying. Disappointed with the service of this 5 star hotel. People who come & que for check in at 3pm also get a room same like me at 7pm. Luckily I only que for 1 hour cause arrived there at 6pm. I already went to a lot of 5 star hotel and never face such a mess registration service like this hotel. I understand the hotel just open after announcement PKPB on 7 Dec, but the management should already prepare for bigger crowd of customer. When I arrived other people have wait for 2-3 hours que to get their rooms ready. A lots of family stranded at the lobby with kids for few hours. During breakfast the que are so long even to get nasik lemak have to que half and hour. If you guys want to cut off staff do not cut off the cleaners & people at F&B, or else room are not ready, food are serve very slow. I am totally disappointed. People pay for good service and have high expectation due to your good reputation. Please improve your management.

Check in and check out process were hassle-free! The room was exquisite and well-equipped and of course a plus for being environmentally conscious especially with not serving water in plastic bottles! Staff were so friendly!
