房间非常干净。住所舒适安静。床很舒服，不硬，睡得很舒服。如果您想吃便宜的饭菜，酒店前面有一条小巷，那里的菜既便宜又美味。

办理入住的工作人员有点粗鲁。他叫Huen之类的，是个中国人，很随和。他跟我说话时的语气很粗鲁。我告诉他，我从traveloka拿到的入住收据上写着押金可以用现金或借记卡支付。他坚持只收现金，并让我一路走到最近的自动取款机，大约10分钟的路程。这不是我的错，因为我故意没有带现金押金，因为我相信收据上写明可以使用借记卡。他没有表现出任何同情或关心。服务非常糟糕。如果我能录下来并给你们看他接待我时的表情，你们肯定想狠狠地打他一拳。 除此之外，房间里到处都是蟑螂。我们的食物在桌子上放了大约5分钟，就能看到小蟑螂已经爬进了袋子里。

房间很不错，价格便宜，离您要去度假的地方很近。谢谢。

Sikit sikit duit. Duit deposit dengan duit tourist besar duit tourist. Lepastu nak extend bilik dia minta duit tourist lagi. Gila ke. I selalu datang kl baru kali jumpa hotel macam ni. Macam ambik untung duit tourist pula. Lepastu extend book bilik baru, nama dan harga tak sama. Tapi dia bagi bilik sama. Cleaning servis tak betul. Bersihkan bilik tak total. Tak lap lantai, tak tukar selimut, tak check tissue. Bad experience menginap dekat sini.

Location was good. Staff OK except one Malay lady (advise to terminate. Very rude shouting mad to other staff in front customers). Room OK but very smelly (hanging) and not tidy thoroughly.

tôi bị mất 1 đôi giày phòng vệ sinh không riêng tư, k có chốt khóa phía trước khách sạn là khu Ấn Độ mà mùi của nó làm tôi khó chịu đồ ăn khách sạn lặp đi lặp lại mà k có sự thay đổi. ngay cả tráng miệng lúc nào cũng là hành tây, cà chua,táo xanh và dưa chuột. phòng của tôi được dọn nhưng ra giường và chăn không được đổi dù nó đã bị bẩn.

Overall it's a good stay, the location is good, there's cafe in front of the hotel and it's nice ambience. The staff was also helpful. Thumbs up.

I think receptionist should be a little more friendly. I experienced the way they talked to me and I heard also the way they talked to other guests. So rude. Room is OK but dirty on the side of the headboard and the sink is a little blocked. Room attendant was way friendly and helpful compared to the receptionist.

Sangat buruk. Tidak kedap suara per kamarnya. Terdengar suara dari kamar sebelah. Pelayan kamar tidak ramah. Bintang 1.

The AC and hot water run perfectly, the room is very clean as well. The only downside is that the bathroom door is old (?) so it doesn't close properly, but it doesn't affect my rating. That's good enough for me to be comfortable. There's a lot of food options too around the hotel. Near public transport and also it's a 30 minute walking distance to the petronas twin tower. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay here

Great location in central Kuala Lumpur. Rooms were nothing that special.

Good hotel in city center. One drawback, thin walls between rooms, you can hear your neighbors as if they live with you.

Good for the price. Location is okay. It just that is to nooisy at night.
