感觉这已经是我第四次入住这家酒店了，从房间、卫生间、员工到早餐，一切都非常棒……而且酒店隔壁就是Billion购物中心。步行即可到达Ayam Gepuk餐厅、屈臣氏药房和药店。

酒店交通便利，靠近主干道和市中心。但酒店比较老旧，需要翻新，尤其是桑拿房需要维修，蒸汽房和按摩浴缸都无法使用，8楼的公共厕所也损坏了。有很多地方需要改进才能变得更好。

家庭卧室很宽敞，但是浴缸不包含在工程范围内。没关系，没问题。

半夜听到周围有很多声音。很烦人。内部太旧了

非常棒，我的孩子们很喜欢这里！

真的很喜欢这里的位置。虽然大门正在装修，但出入仍然很方便。工作人员也很乐于助人，而且电梯很多，所以即使我入住期间有很多活动，交通仍然很顺畅。

这是我第二次住在这里……我真的很享受这次的宅度假。步行即可到达7-11便利店、屈臣氏、Billions便利店和鸡块。房间非常舒适宽敞。我没有任何抱怨，很快还会再次在这里度假。

总的来说，我对员工的服务很满意。不过，我觉得早餐还有待改进，尤其是考虑到每晚接近250令吉的房费。

房间干净舒适，装饰优雅。他们竭尽全力让我们住得愉快。我强烈推荐这家酒店给所有来哥打巴鲁的人。酒店高效的入住/退房流程给我留下了深刻的印象。

地理位置优越，靠近市中心

Same as my previous review. All wonderful.

We chose the Executive Twin Bedroom. The twin bed could accommodate our family of 5 (3 underage kids) fairly comfortably. The bed and pillows were comfy. Good lighting. Spacious room. Strong water pressure in the bathroom. Nice hot and cold water. We just stayed in the room the whole day because we were not feeling very well, and we made the right decision staying at this hotel. Breakfast was also good in terms of variety and taste. We also decided to extend another night, so we booked another night separately right after through the app.

For the price not worth it. Stayed for two nights and both nights gave me itchiness and the room was so dark no sunlight coming in. Basically its an old hotel. Don't mind the location though. Wouldn't want to stay again

Wide breakfast selection, hot beverages were fantastic.

Terpadu, makanan sodap n akan datang kembali.

Excellent hospitality, will be there again in the next trip to Kota Bahru.
