Kolam renang tidak ada, kamar mandi lantai tidak kering

Located inside the resort, room is quite spacious, check in process was fast, hotel is not as packed as First World. Be careful as resort has many hotels inside. We spent 1.5 hours trying to queue for check in in the wrong hotel, and only realized after check in assistant could not find our booking.

Tempatnya strategis, dekat dengan tempat permainan.

Hotel yang bagus hanya kurang lahan terbuka untuk menikmati suasana outdoor.

Enak hotelnya dekat kuliner dan nyaman kamarnya.

Nyaman hotelnya dan gampang cari makan. Fasilitas di sekitarnya lengkap.

satisfying! but just one tiny flaw, there is no wifi 😅. but overall this is a great place to stay!

I love the room, the facilities provided and also it's clean. That's the most important thing that I need from my room.

Outdoor themepark samapi sekarang juga gak jadi jadi, ditambah indoor themepark juga lagi renovasi, jadi atraksinya cuma tinggal snow world dan ripleys, jadi aktivitasnya betul2 menikmati suasana di genting yang dingin dan tenang dari dlm kamar hotel yang bersih, proses cek in dan cek out cepat dan gampang karena bukan musim liburan.

Akses dan lokasi yang sangat baik, ke skyway dekat, kasino dekat, shopping mall dekat, pelayanan yang baik, paling penting ada coffee bean di lobby hotel, love it.

Kamar bau cat. andai buka jendela, suara sangat berisik dari jalanan. tidak sesuai harga.

Hanya satu kekurangannya bantalnya bau apek, selain itu good.....

Cleanliness, good services, beautiful location, easy transportation and nice staff.

Overall the stay was good and the reception counter staff was friendly too. Will be back next time.
