床很舒服，就像五星级酒店的床一样。

前台接待员非常热情周到。

我只是转机来这里，我觉得这家酒店价格实惠，也挺舒服的。我订的是高级房和机场接送套餐，我觉得很值。旅行社很准时。还要感谢送我们来的那位先生，他非常友好，可惜我忘了他的名字。不过，酒店安排的RTM专车是辆丰田Innova。就连前台服务也很便宜，非常热情周到。

Only room small. Hard to find spare for praying

The hotel staff is not friendly. Maintenance poor maintenance. Very dirty bathroom. Very small room and not worthy the price. Poor cleanliness. The price is too expensive for the small and dirty room. Everything looked old and not comfortable to use. Should improve the services. But location OK easy to find food.

Reseptionist kurang sopan, liftnya seolah mau roboh, kamarnya kotor, hari pertama sabun tidak tersedia, hari kedua air minum tidak diberikan begitu juga dengan sikat gigi di kamar hotel, kamarnya sempit, intinya kurang ramah dan tidak direkomendasikan bagi orang Indonesia menginap di hotel itu. Hotel paling buruk di dunia. Minuman yang saya simpan di kamar saat pulang sudah diminum setengah oleh CS nya yang orang Malaysia. Lebih bagus mencari hotel yang receptionist dan semua pegawainya orang Indonesia karena mereka sopan dan ramah.

Dirty comfort room. Cig butts on floor. Mosquitos, aircon not so cold. Far from central. No atm machines, no money exchange. Not happy.

Khách sạn siêu dơ và hôi, chăn thúi quắc. Không nên book khách sạn này, xa sân bay

Untuk pelancong okelah. Cuma ditingkatkan lagi ya kebersihannya. Pelayanannya sih ramah ya.

Hotel yang bagus. Bersih. Saya akan kembali menginap sekiranya ke bandar enstek. Terbaik.

This is my second time stay at sri enstek, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room small but ok, worth for the price, there's a coffee machine and teh tarik machine in the lobby for free, the most important thing, many restaurant around the hotel until late, 7/11 is just in front of the hotel and this hotel have shuttle bus to and from airport for 11rm/person, just call the hotel make appointment, they’ll pick you up at the airport, I will stay here again next time

Good service I like Sri enstek hotel

Second time here. Will stay again. Shuttle bus to airport provided. And even have weighing scale so you can weigh your luggage first to avoid paying extra money for extra kg while flying

Berisik, sampai kedengaran yang lagi ngeu, kotor, jauh kemana-mana. Sangat tidak menolong ketika saya mau pinjam sajadah untuk shalat.

Sangat strategis untuk yang ingin langsung mendekati bandara. Harga ekonomis.

Hanya transit 1 malam sebelum lanjut ke penerbangan besok pagi, ada antar jemput ke bandara, 11 ringgit sekali jalan/orang. Kalau grab dari airport 45 ringgit. 20 menit antara bandara dan hotel. Sekitar hotel banyak toko dan rumah makan. Sangat rekomendasi.

Disappointed.. I booked twin single.. But only be given single bed.. I need my refundable. Because I pay on my own by cash for given room.

Biaya transportasi dari bandara ke hotel via shuttel bus : 22 RM/orang satu arah, kalau naik grab : 45 RM, mending nginap di Kuala lumpur atau di bukit BINTANG.

Pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa dikunci, colokan listrik kurang ketat.
