I'm request refund based on facts below. Facts 1- booking for family deluxe room. Guest are mother and 4 teenage daughters. Facts 2- air con faulty and leaking drop on bed. Attach photos. Facts 3-we complaint to receptionist and hotel give replacement room that separate mother and daughters. We cannot accept because we book family deluxe room, we want the same replacement. But hotel never accommodate with the same replacement. Reason we cannot accept because mother and 4 teenage daughters don't want to separate due to safety of daughters.

The staff was not wearing a face mask during check-in and check-out. The next day, there was a water disruption that caused us difficulty taking a shower. Besides, the pillow was very dirty and yellowish which caused an unpleasant smell.

Tandas teruk, shower rosak dah minta tolong repair tak da repair apapun, minta kamar bagi bersih pun tak da respon, payah sangat, lift pun rosak.

Room was ok but rather dusty overall. the stool was dusty, clearly not cleaned for weeks and the window sill had insect/creature shit on it, clearly not cleaned.. and the tv remote didn't work at all and despite informing the hotel desk, it was not changed. instead we were asked to switch off the tv instead!

It's okay but you guys can make some rsvp parking for the customers. Or a system for customer parking. It's kinda sad my car just got fined. Overall it's a nice stay.

My stay was ok cool... The accommodation is good to it price... It was clean and not smelly..

Unfriendly receptionist also talk so rude with high voice with customer. Do work really noisy. Such a monkey. No manners. 1 of them said there was a manager. But how can a hotel manager dress up just look like a cleaner. The room toilet cleanliness also too bad.

Good. However there is a smoking smoke at certain rooms that I book so far. However for a business traveler it is the best place in that area.

Quite convenient for a single or couple who need a quick RnR or "doing some business".

Kira ok je, murah dan selesa, parking senang.

Floor dirty, but staff friendly and only Give two pillow for 2 people sleep. Sore neck .
