Not been taking care off so many insect inside & outside room. Looks like horror hotel so quiet & nothing entertainment to explore.

Terrible condition of rooms. Very dirty (dirty carpets, cobwebs everywhere, musky smell in rooms) After been shown 3 rooms after complaining our group decided to go to another hotel. Total waste of money and time.

Breakfast is good. Water pressure at room need to be improved. Slow water supply in bathroom. Room is clean. Everything is good.

The pool play by the dog at the side at the pool. So my family can't swim. The environment for all is very² bad. This is my first time stay at the very un pleasent hotel it 's stated 4 star hotel but not act like 4 star hotel. Will not ever come to stay here ever against.

The hotel is rundown, with no maintenance. Housekeeping is s***. Keep reminding the cleaner but never come. The receptionist just answer the phone call yes, I don't think she/he forward the message to housekeeping when I ask for a face towel & drinking water and clean our room. Need to go to the counter & wait there for the item for them to send. The pool is so dirty, cannot use it at all. It's better just to close the hotel rather than cheat the customer, website portrays a good photo of the interior and facilities but the reality is very bad. The reservation office also seems never exist, call so many time for 2 days is nobody picked up.

Good experience and very vey friendly staffs. Few comments:- hotel location is super near to Cenang beach-walking distance.- One of the top bar/pub in Langkawi (Marekesh) is located within this hotel.- Nice swimming pool.- Ample car parks. Other side:- quiet old hotel, don't expect super duper furnishing.- door access is bad-uses key and doesn't lock the door well.- long walk to the rooms (elderly folks take note).

The hotel very good I hope going trying every people I like this hotel for holidays with family better get this hotel.

Hotel lama di aplikasi masih bintang 4, harusnya bintang 3, bantalnya keras, kamar mandi plafond nya yang bocor ditutup tissue di semua pinggirannya.

Hotel lama tak well manage. Sayang betul. Staff baik breakfast ok boleh la makan. Nasi goreng sedap.

Request for connecting room but they cannot approve my request. Very bad hotel management.
