酒店很漂亮。泳池很大。价格合理。员工友善。退房时间只有上午11点。这个时间太早了，因为孩子们还想在泳池里玩。

住在这里一切都像往常一样完美。迎宾饼干太好吃了！

经常来 Bangi，我一定会选择这家酒店作为最好的。

我预订了两天的房间。我在入口处留了一张请求卡，以便房间整理。截至中午12点，房间还没有整理好，我对这次经历非常失望。不过，早餐种类丰富，非常美味，我非常喜欢。还要感谢入住柜台的工作人员Ana，她高效又礼貌。我非常喜欢美味的饼干。Enak！！#sayamustipilih

Deposit of RM200 is ridiculous. Check out time 11 am is unfair.

1. Check in process was terrible - took 30 minutes to cater not more than 4 guests with 3 counters opened. No air conditioner & very hot. Provide a welcome drinks coupon but need to go up at level 3 which the lobby is at level 1. Why don't the hotel just provide the welcome drink on the same floor? 2. My first experience that room slippers need to pay RM5/-. 3. Huge swimming pools but a lot of leaves in the pool. 4. A sudden notice in the morning to inform check-out time at 11am. It was a bit disappointing for such a Grand Hotel! 5. Bellboys are friendly & helpful (10/10 points for them) Room is spacious & clean just a bit old. Need to change the furniture. Overall is Okay!

1) The hotel in the heart of bandar baru bangi. 2) Golf field surrounding the hotel. 3) Limited parking space. 4) The toilet seat lilt bit of old which the pump not rush high when flushed. 5) The food from the funtasia the restaurant / coffee house very tasty. 6) The most remember good thing the bed is so heavely comfortable. 7) Really good for person want total relax out of city environment. The hotel is nice and suitable for family stay.

The toilet flush not working. Flood water flood up inside the toilet bowl. I'm forced to take dump outside near the cafe.

Scenery is awesome. I came here for healing and it was worth it. The prices are affordable with spacious rooms, bathtub, balcony. Truly recommended

I like this hotel so so much. Room is big even the toilet is big and clean which include bathtub as well. Staff is super friendly who 's name Hadi if not mistaken. Environment is really relax. Breakfast a lots of choice serve in buffet style. We enjoy staying in bangi resort hotel. 5 star service. Definitely will come back again ✅.
