办理入住手续的过程相当缓慢。房间虽然看起来有些陈旧，需要翻新，但仍然很舒适，可以让人好好休息。

除了早餐自助餐之外，其他一切都很好，我觉得早餐自助餐低于平均水平。

在这里参加了一位朋友女儿的婚礼。

食物选择少，味道也一般。房间很大很舒适。

住宿舒适，价格合理。

住宿体验很棒。房间宽敞。房费包含早餐。游泳池还不错。

Hotel is good for stay but it is an old hotel.

Nice stay, nice staff, good breakfast, variety of choice, ample parking space, the pool also nice, for kids the pool is small sometimes crowded.

So far so good. Feels great to stay with family.

The hotel is old, without any new refurbishment being done. Staff was great, any lacking towels, they will bring after a call to housekeeping. Breakfast was good, with ample choices for a 4 star hotel. Location is in the middle of city, makes it accessible to go anywhere.

The 1st room was so much of baby cockroaches. Then asked house keeper to come chase them out until house keeper also felt cannot hold it & asked me to change room to executive suite (without additional charges). In the new room still found few mini cockroaches. The breakfast is nice

The service and breakfast buffet are excellent. Room may need some touch up.

Kamar nyaman dan luas, lokasi strategis dan mudah dijangkau.

Hotel besar dan megah tapi tak tahu masa pergi 5 Jun, masalah check-in hotel sampai pukul 6.30 petang sungguh lama, alasan bilik tak ready lagi rasa hmm tak tahu nak cukup next time jangan open bilik kalau tak boleh nak set up staff & sediakan bilik, dah bayar mahal untuk 1 malam setengah hari duduk lobby je

Terpaksa menunggu untuk masuk bilik. Bilik biasa. Oke lah kalau tak ada pilihan lain.

Lokasi yang baik, terletak ditengah bandar. Proses daftar masuk yang pantas. Front Office sangat mesra dan membantu. Keadaan bilik baik dan bersih. Amenities dalam keadaan yang mencukupi. Breakfast tidak terlalu banyak pilihan tetapi kualiti rasa dan presentation baik. Swimming pool baik dan sempurna. Staff (uncle) yang jaga swimming pool sangat rajin dan membantu. Bagi guna pelampung secara percuma. Senantiasa tak duduk diam. Hotel Royal Chulan patut bagi appreciation kepada beliau. so far 5/5

The accommodation was a greatly spacious. Just like in the picture. The iftar was so delicious. My family love staying here. I will come again next time.

Alhamdulillah. Best experience and the staff is so friendly. I love to stay here. The bedroom is worth it.
